Hollywood is an interesting place where dreams air created superstars, Air born and many of today's greatest movies are made, but it could be a very ruthless place.

The movie and television industries are very cutthroat.

One wrong move step.

Our action can ruin a career in the blink of an eye.

While there's no official Hollywood blacklist, there are a number of people whose careers seem toe fall off a cliff and not because of a lack of talent.

Ah, public freak out.

Being difficult to work with or being racist and or homophobic are just some of the many reasons why people can be blacklisted without wasting any more time.

Let's check out the list of the most prominent stars who've been banned from Hollywood, or they just don't make any appearances any more Before we start.

He hasn't really been banned from Hollywood.

The reason that we don't see him around anymore is because that's just the way he likes it.

Also, one of the most frustrating things about Hathaway is the alarming disparity between who she comes across, as in her interviews and how she appears on the big screen.

In interviews, she can act like she's trying too hard.

The Jimmy Fallon version of the Afro mentioned bad theater kid while winning the Academy Award for Les Mis Iraq was obviously a huge moment for Hathaway.

It was also insufferable, one for those who have to sit through an Oscar acceptance speech that many found groan worthy.

And yet, for every annoying interview, she may have given its hard to lose sight of the fact that she's actually a legitimately good actress.

Not only was she Oscar worthy in 20 Twelves Les Miserables, but one could argue that Hathaway was best in the shell of the year.

She received her first nomination for 2000 eight's Rachel Getting Married.

She was also extremely underrated in Brokeback Mountain in 2005 and held The Devil Wears Prada Together in 2006.

Number three Monique Monique Angela Hicks is a comedian and actor who first gained attention for her standup shows and for playing Nicole Nikki Parker in the UPM Siri's The Parkers, which ran from 1999 to 2004.

However, Monique is biggest Break came in 2009 when her role playing an abusive mother and Lee Daniels film, Precious earned critical priests and an Academy Award for best supporting actress.

Monique was believed to be blacklisted from Hollywood after she won the best supporting actress Oscar.

I got a phone call from Lee Daniels maybe six or seven months ago, and he said to me, Monique, you've been blackballed and when she asked him why, he said, because you didn't play the game when asked what the game Waas and he gave me no response, she told the Hollywood Reporter.

While she's been offered roles since her big win, she's been unable to book any of them.

Daniel's confirmed that Monique has been blacklisted.

Monique is a creative force to be reckoned with.

Her demands through Precious were not always in line with the campaign.

This soured her relationship with the Hollywood community.

However, the consensus among the creative teams and powers thus far were to go another way with the roles, he said.

Monique also recently filed a lawsuit against Netflix for offering her very little money compared to other stars.

Number four Charlie Sheen Charlie Sheen was once one of the highest paid TV actors in Hollywood, but he hasn't worked steadily since 2014 when he was the star of the sitcom Anger Management.

Recently, he claimed that he's been blacklisted from Hollywood.

This was revealed when he filed a request to reduce his child support payments to his ex wives, Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller.

In the court documents, he alleged that he's been unable to secure study work and has been blacklisted from many aspects of the entertainment industry.

While he didn't go into any details about this, it could possibly be due to the erratic behavior he was exhibiting in 2011 when he was fired from two and 1/2 men, he was making $2 million per episode.

On that show, he's seen as a man who had clearly lost his marbles.

After decades of drinking and drugs, Sheen has no one to blame his black listing on other than himself.

Number five Rupert Grint, Rupert Drink on his big break in the entertainment industry when he was just 11 years old.

As those who grew up in the two thousands may best recall the red haired actor portrayed wizard Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter films.

Siri's The Gig, which ran the course of over a decade, helped secure his place in the film world, cementing him as one of history's most famous child actors.

In an October 9th interview with the Independent, Grint revealed that after spending so many years with the franchise and having lost out on so many regular kid experiences, he felt dump.

He noted that playing one of the most recognizable characters in the world and doing it at such a young age meant that he often feels as though he missed out on a lot in life.

However, Grin said that it was this very sense of sacrifice that kept him so close to his Harry Potter family During that time, there were reports that he also tried to quit his role in Harry Potter, but it didn't happen, probably because the whole crew was a whole family.

We completely understand why Grant was tempted to walk away, but where, selfishly glad he did, We genuinely can't imagine anyone else playing one of our favorite wizards of all time.

Nor do we want to Number six Morgan Spurlock Documentary filmmaker Morgan Spurlock hasn't found much success in Hollywood outside of his movie Super Size.

May his documentaries the Greatest Movie Ever Sold and Mansa were mediocre at best, and many critics found it hard to believe anything Spurlock said in the movies after was revealed that he purposefully manipulated the facts and super size me.

He also directed one direction, This is Us and the controversial movie Rats, which focused on the treatment of rats around the world.

As weird as it sounds after rats, it seemed that Spurlock was set to make his Hollywood comeback.

However, his dreams have been dashed after reports came out in December 2017 accusing spur lock of harassment and infidelity.

He didn't try to hide from the news, either.

Spurlock openly admitted to paying a settlement to a former staff member, he called sex pants and admitted to being unfaithful to every wife and girlfriend I ever had.

Spurlock also addressed a claim that he had assaulted a woman in college that he thought was consensual, but she did not.

He tried to apologize for his actions, but let's be honest.

His career's over.

Number seven Jeffrey Tambor Jeffrey Tambor was a well respected comedian best known for his work on Arrested development, transparent and for his role as the mayor of Whoville and How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

His most recent work, Transparent, won him a Golden Globe for best actor in a television series for his role as a transgender divorced parent of three.

He was also seen making cameo appearances on the hit HBO show Entourage, Though transparent, was set to be the next big show on streaming service Is Tambor announced that he would not return to the show after harassment allegations made against him In early November, Tambor was accused of misconduct by his former assistant following the first accusations to more actresses came forward to say that they had been harassed by Tambor while working with him.

Tam board denied and still denies any wrongdoing and said that for all my flaws, I am not a predator, and the idea that someone might see me in that way is more distressing than I can express.

His inability to admit his wrong got him banned from Hollywood, and he won't be coming back anytime soon.

Number eight Andrew Kreisberg.

You may not know his face, but you'll know his shows.

Andrew Kreisberg is best known as the creator of the hit superhero shows Arrow, The Flesh, Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow.

He is a huge comic book fan.

He's also written for several animated series, including Justice League, The Simpsons and Star Wars.

The Clone Wars.

But of course, his bread and butter for the past few years have been the aero verse for the television network the CW.

Sadly, he's also known as just another prominent figure caught up on the meat to controversy.

At the start of November 2017 Kreisberg was suspended from his position as show runner on the four shows, Part of the Air Reverse, the Flash Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl.

His suspension came after 15 women and four men accused him of harassment.

Considering the number of people who came out, there was no way he was going to stay on the network working there.

Two weeks after his suspension, Kreisberg was subsequently fired.

Star of Supergirl Melissa Ben Wa said that the allegations were a major disappointment.

Number nine Steven Seagal Steven Seagal hasn't been a respected member of Hollywood community since the 19 nineties.

The formal martial arts instructor made a career out of Corning action movies, starting with his very first movie, Above the Law, which was released in 1988.

Steven Seagal has been living his Hollywood life above the law in real life, considering how long he's gotten away with what people are accusing him off.

Sickles, harassment and domestic violence allegations are nothing new.

He's been accused of asking women to one dress during auditions, harassing co workers, threatened to beat up women and even human trafficking.

These allegations date back to the early 19 nineties and have mostly ended in and have mostly ended Sigel's movie career.

However, it's the most recent allegations that have gotten people that have gotten single kicked out of Hollywood for good.

Actress Portia de Rossi alleges that Seagull told her how important it is to have chemistry off screen and unzipped his pants in front of her.

Rachel Grant, the Bond Girl from Die Another Day, also recently claimed that Single pulled her top down and then exposed himself to her during an audition.
