And I justfeellikeit's muchmorelikelythat I if I don't takethatadvice I'm trackinglikeeverysixmonths.

Soit's goodtobeabletotrackmorefrequently.

I wanttobeabletojustbeabletojumpinandstuffwhen I'm like 80 90 yearsold, like I wanttobeabletobeactivesoit's moreformyfutureselfthananythingelsethat I reallywannaworkout.
Sothat's mywhythat's myreason.
And I alsowanttohavefundoingit.
Sogoingbacktomyfirsthiplikemakeit a hobby, makingsomethingenjoyable, makeitsomethingthatyoulookforwardto.
Andthat, in a nutshell, ishow I movedfrombeingthissortoflike a nonathlete.
I'm stillnotanathlete, but I nowenjoyworkingout.
