make sure that water is boiling salt
ive got some lovely linguine pasta

this particular pancetta is locally
in the almalfi coast
they love to make everything round the reason why
they will feel fennel
and chilli
you wait there i wont be long
for a portion you need about 2
slice of pancetta if you cant find pancetta
please use bacon
make sure its
nice smokey bacon
half an onion
pancetta goes in

get some nice tomatoes not many tomatoes juts a few
i used three tomatoes
have you noticed i didn't use much salt
because the Pancetta is quite salty
and the muscles has got sea water inside which is salt
shake them a little bit
why not clean my hands
with the raining water

the olive oil has made them creamy
the onions wheres the onions they have disappeared
combined so well
