I'm naturally just getting myself sorted for the day I saw just in my head.

I have done my makeup on and I am feeling good, literally like a new woman.

So it's been so hard, like not showing my house, not showing the fact that my Christmas trees are.

They have been decorated yet, but they are up and ready to be decorated because in like, I think, like two days time that I start filming for Christmas with the MGs, which is obviously my version off log mess and how I d things on dhe.

I have some really interesting stuff on, and especially for the first episode of love, Miss.

So that's gonna be an interesting one.

I am so far out of my comfort zone, you will not believe so.

I'm so excited to be doing it again.

I always take it really relaxed that I want to get to stress.

And honestly, this year is the one year I'm going into this in the best possible mindset, I think I feel like I feel energized.

I went and had a B 12 shot well last week.

Now, Yeah, it's almost a week ago, which has completely changed the game for me.

I physically cannot put into words.

But Allie and I feel like new people on dhe.

We just We can't believe the change in ourselves.

Like remember, I always used to say t like I feel like my eyes are tired, but I'm not tired.

I have been struggling with that for Odysseus, but as long as I remember now, especially since I've been self employed on dhe.

I just thought that was how I lived on That was obviously one of the signs that I needed this shot because I know I have no tiredness in my face.

I had five hours sleep last night.

I wake up and I still feel energized.

I still feel capable.

It's just the most bizarre, life changing thing I think I've ever experienced.

So I don't know that Ali has been experiencing the exact same thing.

That my mind works quicker.

I'm able to process information.

Do things sort things out so much quicker?

Because I'm just firing on all cylinders.

I almost got into this state where I was like, I wake up and I feel tired, but I've been asleep and why am I tired?

And now it just it feels like my life has been changed.

So huge, huge, huge.

Thank you to Dr Eyad for using his initiative on inviting me down on Dhe doing that for all of us because all three of us have really, really felt the benefits.

And now I'm taking Sim prove every day on dhe.

I have just ordered my new vitamin D mouth spray to help with that because of your work inside.

So I always get so much, son.

So, yeah, I wanted that as well.

My skin is finally on the mend as well.

Oh, my goodness.

I have finally just taken my skin hair back to basics back to my baseline.

If you have been around these waters for a while, you know that when I take my skin back to its base line products, the ones that really agree with it, it just everything.

It's better.

So I've done that.

I'm still using retinal, and I'm still using le creme, but yeah, I just kind of strict everything back, and I'm just gonna reintroduce things and see how we get on with that.

It's been good getting my skin back to a good place.

So I'm feeling my makeup today feeling very glowy.

So Yeah, Like I said, I'm prepping for blocking us at the moment.

And I'm still making way for a few videos in between.

So I actually start love within a couple of days, but I will be looking like in between for my videos until love starts on the very first day of December.

I always saw the first day, so yeah, cause I'm so excited, so excited.

As I mentioned in my home video, I let you guys know that we're hosting Christmas this year.

So decorations are going all out, so obviously I will be bringing you a decorating video.

She was like, I think you know, just getting coming back once a month just to get you back into the swing of things.

I can't believe it saved me.

I think I hit just rock bottom in terms of energy on dhe.

I was still trying to, like keep going, and it's no exhaustion from over exerting myself in a like manual labor sense.

It's just I was exhausted on dhe.

I didn't really tell her out with, like how I've been feeling.

And I just said, I'll carry with me in because I keep getting a sore throat once a month and like, I just can't get anything done and it's getting really frustrating.

However, that had been the worst episode I had on Dhe.

So she did my treatment.

She was saying that I should come up once a month and then after the treatment, she was like So how you feeling?

And I was like, Yeah, that was great.

Thank you so much.

And she was like, Lydia, I don't know how you've been doing what you're doing.

I don't know how you've been functioning.

There is There is nothing in your tank.

There's nothing.

I checked every area.

There is nothing.

So you really, really, really, really need to work on taking better care of yourself.

And I was like, Whoa, you know when you feel something, But it takes someone.

He was completely unknowing what you do, because sometimes I feel like the people around me, like you do so much like, really, I don't know if I do that was like a slap in the face of reality.

Like it's no that, you know, it looks like it.

It's just the fact that you have done too much for you.

So now reflexology I have every week for the next two weeks, and then I'm playing it by ear and then moving on to once a month.

Once I get myself back, B 12 shot changed my life.

Much more vitamins eating better.

And I hope to then be able to have my energy to be able to get back into exercise and try and work on yoga Tip to begin with on, then get back into my spinning and do those kinds of things because, yeah, it's life can't carry on like that.

So, yeah, I'm not looking for a pity party at all.
