Just relax, and handle the present moment that's right in front of you. Be practical with your time. 要放鬆,並掌握住你面前的當下。好好運用你的時間。 Use it as a tool to get things done. Don't get stuck in your head, dwelling on the past or the future. 把它當作一個完成事項的工具。不要困在自己的腦海裡,老是想著過去和未來。 Because the moment before you is calling. 因為,這個瞬間正在呼喚你。
