Let's take a look at the note. If someone knows another person in high places, he or she he or she knows someone in important positions, in business, government, etc. , especially a person that could do someone a favor. So yeah. you're calling them because they have influence and maybe you know them. Maybe they're your good friend or maybe they, maybe they owe you a favor for some reason. Maybe you help them with something in the past or you have some connection to them. So you know someone in high places. All right. Let's take a look at the first example. I could possibly, I could probably help you get a job in that company because I know several people in high places. Yeah. Maybe I could make a few phone calls. Maybe they would be glad to help me.
