I'm going to introduce the song
and he'll teach you the moves.
My name is hip hop Don with street clothes on.
I'm here to show you whereupon,
I say, you listen, we go.
We'll start off slow.
Now face your palms down,
the points of your fingers face each other.
Lift up and push down.
That's good let's do another.
But this time when you lift,
your knee follows your hands.
Just like a puppet string,
(It's attached!)
it moves at your command.
Right knee-Up down, Up down, Up down
Left knee-Up down, Up down, Up down
Keep doing it, you got that right.
This hip hop stuff is out of sight.
And now let's try a brand new thing.
In a while, right now let's sing.
H to the I, I to the P that's hip;
(It's so hip!)
H to the O, O to the P that's hop.
It's hip hop.
Use your hands to fan your face.
Keep doing this and keep the pace.
And while you're doing that
take giant steps to the right and to the left.
Keep doing it, you got that right.

And now let's try a brand new thing.
In a while, right now let's sing.

Stand up straight, your shoulders back,
your chest moves to the beat (in and out)
Now bob you're your head in time with that,
no stopping, just repeat.
Add your arms swoop lower now,
twisting to the beat.
Make your way back up, that move is complete.
Keep doing it, you got that right.

And now let's try a brand new thing.
In a while, right now let's sing.

Point your toes, first in then out.
And that will move you all about.
Now raise your arms swing them around,
Side to side, up and down.
Keep doing it, you got that right.

Hands on your knees now jump real small,
it looks just like your sliding.
Jump left and right and all about
and keep your legs real wide and...
use your hands for attitude
like to point or to POP!
A "Y" hand means, WHATEVER!
And an open hand means STOP!
Keep doing it, you got that right.
