They've got swagger, 那就跟這份炒蛋一樣,很「潮」 but I just don't know exactly what it is. 但我真的不知道到底是什麼 It tastes like the perfect egg! 吃起來就像完美的蛋 Up next, we have duck eggs, 下一個,鴨蛋 which are a bit larger than chicken eggs 比雞蛋大一點 and the shells are a bit thicker. 殼也比較厚一點 And they kind of feel papery. 蛋殼的表面摸起來有點粗糙 And if you notice, the yolks are larger than chicken's. 如果你有發現的話,它的蛋黃比雞蛋的大 But the whites look super watery. They almost have no color. 但是蛋白的部分看起來水水的,幾乎沒有顏色 And it kind of feels mucusy when I whisk them together. 攪拌的時候感覺起來很像黏液 So, I'm going to cook this just like the other ones. 我用一樣的方式烹煮這份鴨蛋 Just some butter, salt, and pepper. Scrambled ostrich eggs. 這就完成啦,炒鴕鳥蛋 This is, like, the eggs you get at a hotel buffet. 這看起來超像飯店自助餐的炒蛋 They may have come from a box, 可能是直接從盒子裡倒出來的那種 they may have come from an egg. 也有可能是真的蛋 Who knows! 誰知道! This definitely has a distinct look. 這個看起來是比較特別 It's super yellow. Like, it's very pigmented in color. 超級黃的,看起來像加了色素 Let's try it. Okay, here we go. 試試看吧,來囉!
