where they introduce the making of a Shao Bao through games and interactions.

Not only is it very educational, it is very interesting as well.

Both kids and adults love this place.

This is an ancient Bao-making machine.

這臺古董級的蒸包機

Children love it especially because from this angle,

the machine looks like the face of a robot, smiling and waving hello.

This is very interesting because this Bao-making machine

這臺蒸包機非常有趣

can actually make both salty and sweet stuffed buns.

能同時製作鹹和甜 兩種口味的包子

You see the markings on these Baozi right here,

從包子外觀的裂痕可以分辨口味

like they are, straight down from the center, that means they're salty.

像這個從中心點往外裂 就是鹹的

And if they're spiral, it means they're sweet.

若是螺旋狀 則是甜的

What's impressive about this machine is that

it can also make up to 45 Baozi per minute and that is very very fast.

Ready! And now we are ready to steam it.

So we steam it by putting into this kind of pots,

we just need more wind to get it stimulated. Ahhhh!

This is really cool,

I have to eat all the Baozis and dumplings,

Lastly, after going through the exhibitions,

and it's in a heart shape!

The texture of this Baozi is really soft

包子外皮口感軟軟的

and inside the red beans is not too sweet.

These red beans are actually from Wan Dan ,Pingtung,

選用屏東萬丹的紅豆

two counties away from Tainan City.

They mentioned earlier that the company

tries to produce locally grown food or ingredients, using locally grown stuff,

so this is one of the examples

There is a café right outside and there is also a food court here.

Now I'm ready to make my own Gua Bao.

現在我要來挑戰製作我自己的刈包

Really, there isn't a way of how to wrap this,

事實上刈包並沒有正確的做法

you just eat it like a Taiwanese hamburger

只要吃起來像是臺式漢堡就行了

so I'm just going to stuff everything inside.

所以我決定把所有的食材都塞進去

This is really good and you can really taste

非常可口 能夠品嚐到

the freshness of the onions and the tomatoes inside, and the freshly fried chicken.

新鮮的洋蔥及番茄 還有剛炸好的炸雞

Really amazing.

真的很棒

The Baozi and dumplings here are also very very popular,

and this fried dumpling I just tried is crunchy on the outside,

the filling inside is also amazing.

At this part of the factory, through these transparent glass walls here,

you can actually see the whole process of making a Baumkuchen.

Today they're making Citrus Matcha Cakes, one of my favorites.

The most important thing about making a Baumkuchen is that this has different layers.

製作年輪蛋糕 不可缺少的是它的層次

You want the layers to be all evenly spread out and that's the hardest part.

每一層的大小都要平均 這是最困難的部分

You first mold one layer, bake it again,

首先製作第一層 拿去烘焙

and then you add the second layer, bake it, third layer, bake it.

加入第二層 再一次烘焙 才能開始第三層 然後拿去烤

You need a very detailed and professional baker.

需要一位注重細節且專業的烘焙師

That's the secret of making a Baumkuchen.

這就是製作年輪蛋糕的秘密
