So there's a really simple way

So just remove the little bit of stem from the end

it might look like nothing but that can send your a knife in a totally different direction

which is really dangerous...

and then put the avocado down very importantly

這樣扶著你的鳄梨，很重要哦

and then carefully but slowly

然後慢慢地，小心地

cut, using no weight or power, down to the stone in the middle

切下去，不要太用力，直到碰到中間的核

and slowly rotate the avocado so it just gently cuts around

慢慢地旋轉鳄梨，輕輕地繞著核切一圈

Twist it and then tap it on the board

扭一下，然後一刀下去

and off it comes
