Positive, is like certain, convinced, 100% sure, 肯定、確定、有信服力的、百分之百確定 "I'm absolutely positive that we're going to make this sale." "I'm absolutely positive that this year will be a successful year." Alright, another extremely strong way of introducing your opinion 好,另種闡述自己觀點的強烈說法 is by saying, "I have no doubt whatsoever that..." 你能說:「無論如何,我堅信⋯⋯」 OK, "I have no doubt...","I have no doubt whatsoever...", like, no doubt at all, no doubt whatsoever... For example, "I have no doubt whatsoever that she is the best person for the job." "I have no doubt whatsoever that she is the best person for the job." Next we have "There's no question...", "There's no question that..." 下一個我們能用「毋庸置疑⋯⋯」、「毫無疑問⋯⋯」 OK, for example, "There's no question that this is a better company than this one, but it's more expensive." OK, "There's no question that this is a better company than this one, OK,「毫無疑問這家公司比那家好, but yeah, the prices are higher." And finally, if you want to introduce a strong opinion in English 最後,若你想要用強硬方式以英文表達意見 you can say "I really think...". Not just "I think..." but "I really think..." 你可以說「我真的覺得⋯⋯」不只是用「我覺得⋯⋯」而是用「我真的覺得⋯⋯」 "I really think we should outsource this work to an external company." "I really think we should outsource this job to an external company." OK, now we have your normal opinion, OK,現在我們來學正常表態說法, they're strong opinions but if you just want to express your opinion in a normal way, 這些是強烈表達的方法,但若你只想普通表現你的觀點 not very strong and not very weak, there are plenty of ways to do this 不是太強硬或太委婉的話,有幾個方式可以做到 and I'm sure you know some of them already. "I think that..." or "I feel that..." 「我覺得⋯⋯」或「我想⋯⋯」 So, "I think that we made the wrong decision.", or "I feel that we made the wrong decision." Or "In my opinion...", OK? "In my opinion." "In my opinion, their customer service is rubbish!" Another couple of ways is "I'd say that...", " I'd say..." 另外幾個方式是「我會覺得⋯⋯」、「我想說」 "I'd say that we should use some of the budget for internal training." "I'd say that we should use some of the budget for internal training." And finally, "What I think...", yeah? "What I think is that..." 接著最後「我想的是⋯⋯」對,「我是這樣覺得⋯⋯」 Alright, "What I think is that more time should be spent on social media marketing." Right now, for some weak opinions, and this is where you want to give your opinion 現在,要學點委婉說法了,這是用在當你想發表意見 but, you know, you're not 100% sure that your opinion is correct. Maybe you... maybe you don't want to be too strong 可能你⋯⋯可能你並不想太強勢 so that you don't offend the person you're talking to, 這樣你就不會冒犯到跟你說話的人 you don't want to be too direct... 你不想過於直接 this is very common for British people 我覺得這對我們嘗試不要太直接的英國人而言 who I think naturally we try not to be so direct, 是相當普遍的 and depending on who you're talking to 這也取決你在跟誰說話 it's sometimes a good idea to use these weak introductions to put your opinion forward. OK, so the first one of these weak opinions is, OK,第一個委婉地表達方法是 "I'm no expert on this, but..." I'm no expert on this, but I think the product would look better in green." OK, you can also say that "I'm not too sure, but..." Yeah, "I'm not too sure, boss. But I think that working on a Saturday morning isn't a great idea." And finally, "I would probably say that..." 再來最後,「我大概會這樣說⋯⋯」 Alright, so when we use this expression it's like hypothetically, 好,所以當我們用這說法,就像假設性語氣 if I gave you my direct opinion I would probably say that... 若要我給你明確的方向,我大概會說⋯⋯ Alright, but obviously we don't say the rest, 好,但很明顯我們不會說出後面剩下的部分 we just say "I would probably say that..." For example, "I would probably say that 我們只會講「我大概會這樣說⋯⋯」舉例來說,「我大概會說 opening a new branch in the same town was a bad idea." I really think you should give this video a thumbs up. In my opinion, you should also subscribe and click the bell notification. And, I'm no expert on this, 然後,我不是這方面的專家 but I think your friends would probably like this too, so share it with your friends!
