Today, I will be making a green smoothie

that has become very popular in Japan these days.

The ingredients are pineapple,

mulukhiyah, a leafy green from the Middle East,

and okra.

Easy, isn’t it?

Add a little water to help blend the vegetables.

Okay.

Make sure to seal the container with a lid.

Then, place it onto the blender.

And now it’s fun time!

So easy.
