First, let’s cut the vegetables.

Slice the lettuce leaves into 5mm or quarter inch strips.

Remove the stem end.

And slice the tomato into 1 cm or half inch slices.

Separate the flesh and the seeds

so that the red color will stand out in the dish.

Then, cut the slices into 1cm cubes.

Now, peel the avocado.

Dice it into 1cm cubes.

Place the avocado onto a dish

and pour a little lemon juice over it to avoid discoloration.

Next, let’s saute the meat.

Add the garlic infused olive oil to a pan

Place the ground beef and pork mixture into the heated pan.

Now, let’s make the Taco Rice.

Combine the tomato-based salsa, lemon juice,

tomato seeds,

and chopped parsley leaves.

Sprinkle on the salt

and the pepper,

and lightly mix the ingredients.

and lettuce leaves.

Turn off the burner before the egg yolk firms up completely.

Remove the egg ring.

Then, place the egg sunny-side up onto the meat mixture.

Finally, sprinkle on the powdered cheese

and garnish with the potato chips.

and it is popular in American cuisine.

Salsa means sauce in Spanish

and we used the tomato based hot salsa in this recipe.
