The base only requires two ingredients, oreo cookies and melted butter. The oreos 做基底只需要兩種食材:Oreo 和融化的奶油 need to be crushed first so they can be mixed with the butter and there are two different Oreo 要先搗碎才可以和奶油混合,有兩種搗碎的方法 ways you can do this. By the way if you are wondering they are the same thing, just different names. 順道一提,他們是同一種東西只是名稱不同 Use a wooden spoon to beat the cream cheese and sugar together until it is completely 用木湯匙把奶酪和糖拌勻到完全軟化 smooth and softened, this should only take a minute or so. Switch to a whisk and pour in the whipped cream. Use the whisk 倒入打發好的奶油,用攪拌器攪拌 to beat everything together well.
