Ummmm.... good morning!

It's Sunday morning here.

Natalie just arrived last night.

And it's Zack's last day here.

Ohh he's got the sunglasses on.

Before Zack leaves.. he leaves this afternoon, we're gonna go for a little hike and gonna

go to Elephant Mountain.

I forget the Chinese name, but I'll add a comment or a little title for that in the video.

Anyway, we're leaving the hostel now.

He just checked out and we're on our way to the metro.

It's a few stops away, and ..... more to come.

We're making our way to the entrance of the hiking trail.

So a little bit of an incline and walking by some really nice apartments.

Anyway, super easy access, super quick to get to, and we're gonna go check out the trail from now.

Any comments Natalie? First impressions?

She's a beast!

Just found a random little exercise park up at the top of the mountain, so getting a quick

workout in umm in the middle of our hike.

They've got pull-up bars and some dip areas.

So, getting a nice back and tricep workout.

Zack's getting serious, took off the jacket.

Absolutely loving all of the public gyms here.

Or not gyms, but just public exercise equipment pretty much all over the city.

So many different areas that have equipment like this.

You don't even need a gym membership, there's always opportunities to workout.

So, great system they have here in Taipei.

I imagine the rest of Taiwan is pretty much the same, but really loving it!

[pain sounds] It's not pleasant! [haha]

I don't think you're supposed to go fast, I think it's like a slow.. meditation thing.

Then again, she's going fast..

Oh god! [pain and laughter]

It's mind over matter.

Finished hiking Elephant Mountain, and was only out for a couple hours.

Maybe 2 hours or so?

And got a little bit lost, but decided to come back on the main path since we wanted

to go find something for lunch.

Alright my friends, so I'm on my way out of Taiwan to Thailand.

And, we'll meet again in Niseko.

Zack's signing out.

He's got a fun trip ahead of him planned and was going to go to Niseko in Hokkaido in Japan

to go snowboarding.

Decided to join him, so we'll be meeting again in 2 weeks.

Umm, we met here at the hostel, got off well, and both decided to want to do some snowboarding

in Hokkaido.

So leaving Taipei, but meeting again in Japan in 2 weeks.
