I say attempt because we're both really tired (chuckles). We were tagged by Matt and Em Vlog forever ago. It was like in January. - We're sorry. It's not you, it's us. - I know, sorry. All right, questions. Number one, how did we meet? What was your first impression of me and do you remember the first thing we said to each other? - We actually have a whole video on this. - We do and it's like the younger version of us tell the story. - Yeah, we made the video right before we got married. So click up here, it's pretty fun, you can-- - It'll be in the I-cards. It'll tell that story, do justice to it. - And where and what did we do on our first date? - Well it depends on what you call our first date. We either went to A, lunch for my birthday, B, to an amusement park, or C, out to do mini golf - Yeah, and there's different reasons why we've debated which one was our first date. We actually made another video about that whole thing so that's also-- - Up there, if you want to hear the whole story. What was your parent's first impression of each other? - My dad came up and visited us and Kendra beat him in a game, which my dad is super competitive and-- - I beat him at Foosball. - Yeah, and he loved it and my mom just thought you were super spunky and fun and that we made a good couple so she liked you a lot. How about you, what did your parents think of me? - I think my parents were a little bit confused why I was dating a 12-year-old (laughs). - I hadn't hit puberty-- - He just had quite the baby face. - At the time. I was 21-years-old at the time they met me. - He was, anyways, but they really liked you. They loved your intensity and you're so good in discussions and definitely at this point, they like him more than they like me I'm pretty sure. - No. - All right, what are our nicknames for each other? - I used to call Kendra, "Princess," but it's kinda morphed into-- - Oh I think you used to call me "Love Muffin." - Love Muffin, I did. - Yeah, we were trying to remember earlier. - I think I'm now more just referring to you as, "Mom." - That's so lame. - Or Kendra. - You cannot call your spouse, "Mom." "Kendra," how original. - I know. - I call Jeremy, "Germ." And I call him Babe and Honey and-- - It's very endearing, "Germ." The next question, what is your favorite body part for each other? Kendra's calves are super attractive to me. They're super... I won't describe it, but they're very attractive legs. - Thank you (laughs). I've always loved Jeremy's blue eyes. I'm so glad Caleb and Laura got his blue eyes. Yay! - Yup. - All right, what song reminds you of me? - When we were first dating and when we got married, we had a CD, a Sara Evans CD, and there's a song on there called Saints and Angels and the lyrics are just really touching. They talk about how even in our imperfections, we're gonna stay together no matter what and so anytime I hear that song, I think of our first year or two of marriage and I think of Kendra. - The song, what is it? Better Together. - Jack Johnson. - Yeah, I can't think of how it goes, except for ♫ Better together - A ukulele is playing. Jack Johnson. - And then there's a lullaby that we sing to our kids now that's a love lullaby. - That was actually sung at our wedding too. - It's like... Nevermind, I'm not gonna sing it to you guys. ♫ I love you ♫ And you love me ♫ We'll be together through eternity ♫ I love you ♫ And you love me ♫ And that's the way it is supposed to be That was really high. - Yeah, sorry. Harmony was off. - There's other verses too. I can't remember them all right now. - We reached together for the best we can be. That's my favorite line. - That is a good one. What are the qualities you like in me the most and what are the qualities you hate in me the most? - I love how you are... You know what you want, you express it, and you go after it, but at the same time the thing that is hardest with Kendra is that she knows what she wants, and she goes after it, and she can be a little bit stubborn about stuff. We're both really stubborn so, that can be problematic. - Is awesome! I love that you are an amazing listener and you're super good at authentically caring about people. You just really love people, I love that about you. - Thanks. - And what drives me crazy is when you are so focused and intense on something that you have that complete tunnel vision and that's all that exists in the world and anyway. What's that called? Intense passion obsession-ness? - I don't know, not present. - Yes, that's the way to say it. Who is your celebrity crush? - Kelly Kapowski. - There we go. - Does that count? - Saved by the Bell. He's going back to the glory days. - It's like the classic crush. Yeah, Kelly Kapowski. - There we go, still there. I remember I really liked the movie While You Were Sleeping and the main character guy in that I always thought was super handsome. This was when I was like 12. - Is this the one who faints or the one who looks like a dad? - The brother, the brother. You think he looks like a dad? It was Bill Pullman. - He did look pretty good in Newsies. (Kendra laughs) No way, he's not-- - Okay so, we still haven't finished Annie. We apparently are really behind on our celebrity crushes. - Yeah we don't watch enough. - Where do we see each other in five or ten years? - That's tough question. Do you... Like wondering, are we still gonna be in this house and are we still gonna be doing what we're doing and our kids are gonna be starting... How old will our kids be? - So Isaac will be 12 to 17. - Crazy. - I know, that's old and Laura. - And Laura will be six to 11. Our life will be so different. We will not have as much poo. Poo will not be in our lives in five years. - We will not wipe as many butts as we currently do. - There we go, that's our five year plan right there. - So we'll obviously be older. Hopefully we won't be fatter, but hopefully we'll have more money to our name than we do now. - It's not gonna take much (laughs). - (laughs) There's our goals. Who knows where we'll be living or what we'll be doing, but we'll be together. - Yeah, we'll be together. Well thank you so much for watching our couples challenge tag. We get to tag some people now too. - Oh yeah, so we are gonna tag the Pflederer's. I hope I said your name right and While They Were Napping and Bits of Paradis and Mrs. Joyful Jones. So we're excited to hear more about your stories. - And if it takes you three months to do the challenge, that's okay (laughs). - We understand. All right, J House out. Good night. (happily shouts) Yeah! (giggles)
