    那我們開始介紹需要的食材吧

  • So let's start from showing you all the ingredients that you will need.

    這些就是我們要用到的食材

  • Here are the ingredients that we need

  • Rice

    芝麻

  • Sesame

    哇沙米

  • Wasabi

    酪梨

  • Avocado

    小黃瓜

  • Cucumber

    蟹肉棒

  • Crab sticks

    醬油

  • Soy sauce

    哇沙米蝦卵

  • Wasabi caviar

    現在我們要把飯放在海苔上

  • Now we are going to put the rice on the nori leaf

    先讓手保持濕潤

  • Make your hands wet first

    所以飯比較不會黏在手上

  • so the rice won't stick to your hands that much

    輕輕地把飯放在海苔上

  • gently put the rice all over the nori leaf

    現在我們要把芝麻加在飯上

  • Now we are going to add the sesame on the rice

    照你的意思隨意放

  • just do it randomly the way you like

    像是在加黑胡椒一樣

  • like you are adding a black pepper

    現在我們要把海苔翻過來

  • Now we have to reverse this sushi nori leaf

    到另一面

  • on the opposite site

    然後就可以捲了

  • so we can roll it

    最簡單的方法 我覺得是

  • the easiest way I think to do it

    把竹葉板放上來

  • is to put our bamboo mat on it

    然後像這樣反過來放

  • then reverse it like this

    就好了!

  • and it's ready to go

    現在我們要把所有食材

  • Now we are going to put all the ingredients

    放到我們的壽司上

  • into our sushi

    食材的擺放就是自由式

  • So as you know ingredients can be freestyle

    隨便你高興怎麼放

  • wherever you like

  • Wherever you want it to be

    準備好了!

  • and... it's ready

    下一步就是要把它捲起來

  • And now the next step which is rolling

    捲法跟我們之前影片的方法一樣

  • The same type of rolling like we show on the previous video

  • just grab it like this, squeeze it a little bit

    推動壽司

  • push it...

    輕輕推

  • push it gently...

    當壽司碰到另一端海苔時

  • When it's starting to touch the ground

    繼續推它

  • push it more

    再推 繼續捲動它

  • and more... and roll it back again and again

    然後

  • and then

    從末端

  • take the upper part here

    像這樣捏住

  • grab it like this

    掐在一起

  • squeeze it one more time

    然後就好了

  • and it's ready

  • And now the most fun part to do is to cut this whole roll

  • cause it's our first time having caviar onto it

    蝦卵後我們要把酪梨放上來

  • After caviar we are going to put avocado onto it

    我們有各種形狀

  • We've got all types of shapes

    所以我們就選正方形的吧!

  • Se we will just use the square one

    為了讓它更綠

  • And to make it even more green

    我們要加哇沙米上來

  • we are going to add wasabi

    加完後

  • After this

    我們就剩下醬油

  • We just have to add the soy sauce

    來當壽司的最後點綴

  • to make it like the last part of decoration

  • It's a very special one, we just do some improvise

    而且其實做這壽司不貴

  • And actually it's not really that expensive to make

    蝦卵不是太貴 大概是10到11波幣 (約100塊台幣)

  • The caviar is not that expensive, this one is like 10-11 zł, something like that

    酪梨大概是3塊波幣 (30塊台幣)

  • Also an avocado is like 3 zł

    還有什麼

    一般的飯

  • normal rice here...

    芝麻價錢超級便宜

  • The sesame is like nothing

    小黃瓜 蟹肉棒

  • Cucumber, crab sticks...

    整體來說這盤要多少錢?

    是說一開始你需要買基本食材 會花比較多錢

  • Because it's like of course you gonna buy ingredients firstly way more expensive

    但之後你可以用那些材料

  • but you gonna make lots of them

    做很多份壽司

  • out from these ingredients

    很棒而且很好吃

  • that we buy in the first time

    我們非常推薦這款口感十足的壽司

  • So pretty nice and tastes very very good!

    從嗆辣到鹹

  • We recommend that it's full of everything here
