it's actually something very different
茶葉蛋跟一般的蛋不一樣
something which you won't see in Poland
你在波蘭也買不到
it's very nice to make it at home
自己在家做這個很棒
especially because today is

here are the ingredients
這些是我們需要的食材
we're gonna make a close up, you gonna see how does it look like
我們會近距介紹它們
of course, eggs
當然第一個 雞蛋
but the boil eggs
煮沸的蛋
also salt
還有鹽
sugar
糖
any kind of black tea
紅茶茶葉
we use the one without the bag
我們直接用沒有茶包的茶葉
just like this
像這樣
a stick of cinnamon
一條肉桂條
two star anise
兩個八角
and the last part
最後
which is the soy sauce
醬油
make sure it's the dark one
記得要用黑醬油
and of course Józef
然後當然還有Józef
first thing first
第一件要做的事是
we need to crack the eggs
要把蛋稍微敲開
so after this
微微敲碎之後
they will be easier to absorb the sauce
蛋會更容易吸收滷汁
it's done
完成了
and to prepare the sauce
接著我們要開始準備滷汁
you'll have to put every ingredients into the pot
在所有材料放進去鍋子後
cinnamon stick
肉桂棒
star anise
八角
and add
接著加入
one big spoon of sugar
一大匙的糖
also salt
再來 鹽
exactly the same, one big soon of salt
也是一樣 一大匙的鹽
and then add the soy sauce
接著加醬油
let's say half of the cup of soy sauce
半杯的醬油
so it's pretty a lot
還滿多的
cover the eggs with soy sauce
用醬油蓋滿蛋
and then put the tea
然後就可加入茶葉
so as I said
像我之前講的
we use the tea
我們用的
not from the tea bags
不是茶包的茶葉
but it's around
不過用茶包量來講
I would say 3 tea bags
大概就是加3個茶包左右
so now we're going to add 1.5L of boil water
現在我們要加1.5公升的沸水
into our eggies!
到蛋蛋上面
actually the smell is already very nice
其實味道已經很棒了耶
like sweet and salty
像是甜甜又鹹鹹的
and this tea, star anise
和茶葉味 和八角味
and cinnamon
肉桂的香氣
all together
全部混在一起
alright
好了
and then the first thing
再來下一步
you need to put on the big fire
要先開大火
for around like 20 minutes
約20分鐘
after 20 mins
20分鐘後
switch it to the smallest fire
轉到最小火
keep it up to 2 hrs
煮最多兩小時
so after 2 hrs
兩小時後
it should be ready
照理說就煮好了
but
不過
if you want to have more intense flavor
如果你想要有更重的味道
stronger tea taste
茶葉味更重的話
you can put it with no fire
你可以把火關掉
just soak them into the sauce
就讓蛋繼續待在滷汁裡
soyce? sauce
盧汁? 滷汁
for another hour
再靜置一小時
and it will be like "HMM!" in your mouth
之後就會有在嘴裡蹦開的口感
now we need to slightly mix them
現在我們要稍微攪拌他們
all the ingredients
攪拌所有的食材
and then

cover it up
把蓋子蓋上
so after these 3 hours or even more
過了三小時後
the eggs are ready
茶葉蛋就準備好了
and look

they are totally black

more like brown color

it's really amazing

and now

we gonna peel out the shell

and show you why

we cracked them in the begging

connected with soy sauce at the same time

slightly you can feel the tea
你可以嚐到一點點茶葉味
tea is not really that strong
茶葉味道其實沒有很強
but you can feel it
但還是可以感覺到
but it's just Oh my God
天啊 好好吃
and I personally like the...

not the egg york
不是蛋黃
it's the outside
我很喜歡
I love this part
蛋白的部分
and it taste very very nice

in tea egg as well
非常好吃

and I'm pretty impressed by ourselves

聽起來很自戀
but
但是
because I never made any tea egg by myself in my life
我人生中從沒來自己做過茶葉蛋
we always buy it since it's so convenient
畢竟很方便,我們都在外面買
but this taste exactly like the one
不過這個吃起來
we can buy on the street
跟外面賣的一樣
that's pretty much it
