the next trick!
Today we bring once again a Freestyle trick to the channel
It's a very simple, but very good-looking trick
It's called the Reverse Cross Over
It's kind of the normal Cross Over, but in an inverse way
If you don't know the normal Cross Over yet,

click and learn how to do the normal Cross Over
Once you have learned and perfected it, you can continue with this trick
But before we move on,
there an important thing that you have to learn first
I know it can sound repetitive for the people that always watch our videos
But is a very important thing I have to say in every tutorial
to learn this technique for he poeple that are just starting
First of all, you have to learn the technique of
how to juggle the ball very controled
in a precise way, as used in Freestyle
because that's the base of Freestyle and will
make that the trick are much easier for you

Let's explain the trick:
Once you have controlled it, we are gonna start
by juggling very controlled
Once you see you are ready, you hit the ball a little bit higher
with your strong foot
More or less, this height
It can be higher but you will have to jump more
To the heigh of your waist
Once the ball is at he waist's height
We have to move our weak leg form the bottom up
by the inside part of the ball

Strong foot hits the ball, weak foot moves around
Once you have moved it around, this leg stays in this position in the air
now we can jump and hit the ball with out strong foot
Like this, if you want to see it better
We juggle, hit it a little bit higher
the ball is in the air, we move the leg around
And before this leg touches the floor,
we jump and hit the ball with the strong foot
Everything together
We juggle, hit the ball higher
when the ball is at the waist's height,
Move the weak leg down-to-up, jump and hit it with our strong foot
so that the ball lifts and control it juggling a little bit
and we can add some more tricks etc
An advice, when you are juggling and hit the ball higher,
make sure to make it in the middle
For example, I am juggling, and kick the ball higher
and I do it straight, because then when you move the leg around you can easily hit the ball after
but only if you do it straight, if not, you will have to jump and move to hit it
and too difficult so you will do it wrong;
so just hit it straight and will be easier to jump and hit it!
because the only effort you have to make is to move your leg around, and then just jump and hit
I'm not gonna lie, the difficult movement
is when you have to move your leg around, and actually hold your leg in the air
and then to actually jump and hit it hard under
that can be a little bit tricky
At the beginning, you won't do it right

As you can see is a very similar trick to the normal Cross Over
That's why it's called "Reverse Cross Over"
But I think that a trick like this looks better
than the normal Cross Over
The normal one you see it and you say
"It's a good trick, you can combine it with other stuff,
it's easy to learn.."
But today's trick it's not that difficult
It's a little more difficult than the normal Cross Over
But even though, it's not one of the most difficult tricks
Once have learned this one,
you will have much more style combinating tricks!
A very good combination that I like to use is the next
To begin, we are going to take the ball bcause there's
to much wind,
and roll this socks down because
this material is the enemie of the ball
Th ball and the sock slip a lot
and I don't know if I can do the trick with this!
For this combination, we flick up the bal like this
Once the ball is in the air,
then, we combine it with the trick that we learnt before
the Reverse Cross Over
doing this
Basically, everything together would be like this
It looks amazing
a simple combination that looks great
and you can combine it with other tricks
and it woill look great!
