字幕列表 影片播放 列印所有字幕 列印翻譯字幕 列印英文字幕 Hello everybody,today Hello everybody I wanted to do something 今日我想試一些不同的主題 a little bit different and 一些我鍾意聽的話題 something that I 就是人們紓壓的方法 love hearing about 或者關機享受屬於自己的私人時間 and that is ways that people 你們都知我有幾鍾意鼓勵大家去擁有休息時間 like to de-stress 或者私人時間去為自己充電 or just kind of switch off 這就是我拍這個影片的原因 分享我的方法 and have a little bit of me time 我有好多方法去紓壓 我剛剛整個月都特別忙碌 you all know how much i love to encourage people to have downtime 或者我發現生活太過 我相信大家都經歷過 me time, and to re-charge their batteries; which is why i wanted to do a video 而我覺得好多時間 on the ways that i choose to do that 大家都冇俾自己足夠的時間去充電 so different ways to de-stress or i'm just having 我覺得當你壓力特別大的時候 a particularly busy month 學會有咩方法去紓壓 是非常重要 or i just find that life is getting a little bit 還有 你一定要知有咩方法 too much which i'm sure we all 可以令你馬上冷靜 令你個頭腦更清晰 do from time to time 這係我講的充電時間 大家都需要 and i feel like a lot 我將我的紓壓方式 分成三部分 of time, people don't give 第一個是 環境 themselves the quality of recharging that they probably need 我不知道大家有沒有聽句這句說話 I think it's particularly important to learn how to manage ways in which “房間有條理 身心也如是” to make yourself feel better if you're feeling particularly stress and also just knowing 我到了有自己的屋之後才相信這句話 those go to things that you know will instantly chill you out 現在如果東西不在它們的位置 make you see a little bit clearer and as I said recharge 我覺得佢會一直用不同的方式影響我 everyone needs to do it 如果我周圍的環境 東西都放得整齊 So I have broken this down into 3 different categories 我覺得所有事都變得更容易 The first one being your environment 我的意思唔係 要你花所有私人時間去整理你間屋 I don't know if any of you ever heard the saying 因為 講真 有很多人反而會因此更大壓力 "tidy room, tidy mind" I never used to believe this until I became a home owner 不過有時我會覺得汁房 可以紓壓 and now if things aren't in a certain place I feel that i clutters up my mind 但要睇心情 in a different way. If things are a lot more organize in my home and in my environment 我要講的是 如果身邊係乾淨整齊的環境 I feel like it eases everything else and although I'm not saying to spend all your free time tidying and sorting your house 會令你覺得人生更有規劃 because let's be honest for a lot of people this would just add to the stress although I do find cleaning and tidying is quite a good stress buster sometimes 唔係要所有東西都一定要去它們所屬的位置 you've got to be in the right mood for it thought 每個角落都要好乾淨 換床單都有一樣的效果 what I'm saying thought is that if things have a little bit more order around you it makes you feel like your life is in a little bit more order 每次我買新床單 我都覺得好開心 it doesn't always need to be that everything is where it should be, that the house is spotless and everything is clean 瞓落換完的新床單到 係其中一種最正的感覺 it can simply be something like new bedding.Whenever I buy new bedding I feel so happy. 即時係每星期洗一次床單 再用熨斗熨平都係個好既選擇 getting into bed with new sheets is one of the best feeling. And even if that sometimes means treating yourself one week 因為依個係我最鍾意的家務 taking all your bedding to a launderer and getting them to wash and iron it just because I mean for me 而且唔會花你很多時間 it's one of my least favorite chores and it doesn't actually cost that much to get it done but having fresh clean sheets 但換新床單真係會有很好好的感覺 is such a lovely feeling and having new bedding I like to change my bedding up quite a lotI currently have some automnal bedding 講到新床單 我鍾意成日換床單 but also I like buying cushion just like cute little home finishes and that makes me feel happy and relax and very content with my living situation 我目前用的是秋天系列的床單 candles, candles are probable one of my most comforting home essentials if I'm having a particularly stressful day or particularly stressful week 我都鍾意買抱枕 像好似有可愛的家居圖案的 there is absolutely no doubt about it that when it starts getting dark there will be candles lit from room to room 這令我覺得開心和放鬆 they just add ambiance calm and cozyness and you can't go wrong with a bit of coziness 對現在的生活很滿足 house plants! this might seems like an obvious one or maybe a not so obvious one and i feel like you don't have to have green 蠟燭 fingers is that what they are called ? green fingers when you are a gardener. Green thumbs ? 蠟燭係最能夠安慰我的家居必需品之一 something.You don't have to have green limbs in order to look after a house plant.You may thing there is no way 如果我今日壓力特別大或者今個星期特別緊張 you can keep a plant alive but there are things succulents and cactuses are a lot more easy to look after and I think it's just nice 唔洗懷疑 當天黑的時候 我一定會點蠟燭 having plants in your house. I know so many people who swear by plants in their living space and it's green 每間房都有 and it's pretty and it's alive and I love having plants in my house. Granted not all of them stay alive but they look really pretty 蠟燭可以營造一個平靜舒適的氣氛 whilst they are there. Another one which sits quite comfortably alongside candles for me is fairy lights. I mean 大家都鍾意舒適的感覺 it doesn't take a genius to work out that fairy lights are one of the things I can't live without in my environnement.I absolutely love them whether it's the middle of the da 植物 whether it's the evening whether it's summer whether it's winter. I love fairy lights.The best thing I can 最常見的方法 do is light a candle, wack fairy lights on and forget that main lights ever existed they just have a nice glow 或者唔係最常見 they're very warming and they are very pretty and I think somewhere underlying all of that is that it reminds me of Christmas and christmas 我覺得你不需要園藝技術 is the best time in the world.I mean that might have something to do with them. 佢地係咪咁講? 園藝家的園藝技術 The next category is You time and switching off. 園藝拇指 好似 I feel like this is the category that most people probably find quite difficult it's so much harder this days to switch off 你唔需要園藝...手腳 when everything is so easy access threw your phone which is constantly in your hand and especially for me because of everything 去照顧你的植物 I do and everything surrounding social media and email and everything is very digital switching off can be a little bit more tricky 你可能會覺得 植物會被你養死 I think with this the best thing to do is find things your passionate about that don't involve being on your phone 但好似石蓮花,仙人掌 or on a laptop or any other electrical device that has wifi because of my job and YouTube and everything 都係好容易照顧的植物 for a while when ever someone said to me so what do you like to do while your not working or what are your hobbies 而我覺得屋企 入面有植物都係唔錯既選擇 and obviously this is my hobby so for a while i was like oohh what do i like doing 我知道有好多人都有係屋企種植物 thats not making videos, editing videos, designing products and writing books 他們綠意昂然 美麗大方 生機勃勃 like i don't really know, what is my non-work hobby 我鍾意屋企有植物的感覺 so for me if i'm having a particularly stressful day or i'm feeling a little bit anxious and i just need a bit of a me time 雖然唔係每一個都可能養唔死 and I just need to switch off, 但佢地健在的時候真係好靚 these are the things, I will most likely do: 另一樣 放在蠟燭旁邊 都可以安慰我既野 Going for a walk. 就係裝飾既燈仔 I think this is the most important thing 掛依啲燈唔需要有藝術天份 it's gentle exercise and exercises are always good 我的生活不可以沒有這些小燈飾 if you're feeling stressed or anxious 我超鍾意在朝早點亮佢地 it's just such a lovely thing to do 不論是晚上 夏天或冬天 where I live I've got a countryside 我鍾意小燈飾 and I've got the sea, so walking in the beach is one of my favourite things to do 最正的是點蠟燭 開小燈飾 whether it's windy, wet, sunny, cold 忘記燈光管的存在 it doesn't bother me at all, 小燈飾有柔和的光線 令人覺得温暖 I wrap up warm and I go for a little walk, 而且好靚 take Nala with me sometimes. 佢令我諗起聖誕 I think being by the sea 而聖誕係最好的節日 所以 is such a huge destresser. 小燈飾令我聯想起聖誕節 I love the sound of the waves, 第二個部分就是 自我時聞和關機 I love the sound of seagulls, 我覺得這是大多數人比較難做到的事 when I'm not living next to the sea, because 因為有了電話的方便 導致我們較難關機 then the sound of seagulls grates on me and becomes 你無時無刻都攞住部電話 one of the reasons I get stressed. 特別係我 I just honestly think when you're standing on the beach 因為我所做的工作 looking at the sea - nothing else matters. 我被社交媒體,電郵等電子資訊包圍 Like, you just can't be stressed. 關機都我來說就有點困難 you just can't. 我覺得因此情況 你要找你有熱情去做 sometimes when I can't get down to the beach 但與電話和電腦冇關的事 I'll just listen to the sound of the waves on my phone. 或其他有wifi的電子產品 And if you don't have a beach near you, then 因為我的工作 YouTube 或其他事業 find a lovely countryside walk or in fact 有時 有人會問我 walk somewhere you've never walked before. “Hey 你休息的時候會做咩?你的興趣係咩?” I think that's quite nice, like discovering new places. 但講真 拍片就係我既興趣 Just generally clearing your head, 所以有段時間 我覺得 there's the reason they say: go clear your head, go for a walk 我到底鍾意做咩 I know we're switching off, and we're technically not using or phone, but 除左拍片 剪片 設計產品 同寫書 some apps don't require wi-fi 我都唔係好知 and they're just really great for meditation, 我的興趣係咩 calming andgenerally just relaxation. 所以對我來說 如果今日特別緊張 I like to lie down on my bed 或都覺得有點焦慮 and listen to the calming apps, or 我就需要私人時間 我要關掉3c產品 係我多數會做的事 sometimes I'll listen to them at night or 去散步 if I'm on a train, or 我覺得係最重要的事 even if I just wanna take five minutes 焦慮的時候去做一些輕鬆的運動好有幫助 out of a very busy day 散步係件好好的事 I put my headphones in and just, kind of 我住的地方有鄉間有海邊 gather my thoughts a little bit 所以去海邊散步係我最鍾意做的事 I find this so helpful 不論係颳風下兩晴天還是寒冷的天氣 And the more you do it, 都完全唔可以阻止我 I feel like, the more impact it has 著件温暖既衫 and I recommend it to everybody I know. 有時帶Nala一齊去散步 A couple of the apps I would recommend are 我覺得在海邊是一件非常紓壓的事 Relax Melodies, which is great to listen to if you 我鍾意海浪聲 我鍾意海鷗的聲 have trouble sleeping or 不過當我不住在海邊時 我先會鍾意海鷗的聲 if you want to listen to the sound of waves 如果唔係佢地的叫聲都係令我壓力大的原因 It's essentially a soundboard of different very calming noises. 我真係覺得當你站在海邊望向海的時候 HeadSpace is brilliant. 會覺得一切都冇事 There is everything on HeadSpace, 就好似你對壓力免疫 It's a great place for meditation 有時我唔可以去海邊的話 and just clearing your mind 我會有電話放海浪聲 especially if you have quite a busy day 如果你周圍冇海邊可以去的話 and you wanna pack in like 5 minutes here and 10 mins there 就去鄉間行下 and the other one I have is just called "Relax" 或都去你從來去未過的地方散步 and this is a 28 to 30 minute 我覺得探索新的環境都係件好事 chat, which when I'm feeling particulary uptight 就好似人地講咁 比個腦清醒下 nervous, stressed I'll listen to this same half-an-hour 呼吸新鮮空氣 比個腦清醒啲 I probably know it word for word now, 我知道關機 嚴格講係唔好挽電話 I could probably recite it to you 但有些apps唔需要網絡都可以用 which I won't do, don't worry 依這些apps都好好用 but I listen to that a lot 像好似冥想 沉澱心靈 或其他放鬆的時候 it's kind of like a positive affirmation 我鍾意瞓係床上 slash destressing 然後聽沉澱心靈的apps pep talk, I would say 有時我夜晚都會聽 或者係火車 again, this is one that I like to recommend to pretty much everybody. 即使係好忙碌的一日 抽5分鐘去聽 because I just find it very, very calming. 戴耳機 然後全神貫注 Making lists. 我覺得都好有效 好有幫助 I know not everybody is organized, and that's fine. 如果經常這樣做 我覺得效果越好 I wouldn't go as far as to say I'm a very organized person 我都推薦依個方法比身邊的朋友 However, if my mind's feeling quite frazzle or 這些apps有Relax Melodies I'm having a stressful week, 依個apps 對你失眠時好有幫助 I find that writing down everything I feel 或者你想聽海浪聲都可以 as thought I'm trying to store in my mind 基本上係有不同可以令人平靜的音樂 makes me feel like someone's taking a load off my shoulders Headspace 都好用 so I like to write lists 依個apps的音樂都好適合冥想 to feel as though I'm a bit more organized 讓心靈沉澱 特別係你好忙碌的日子 even if I don't follow the lists or 你可以暫時休息5-10 分鐘 or tick anything off 另一個我有的是Relax writing it down always feels so much better 這是個28-30分鐘吹水既app I like to do this before going to bed, 當我覺得特別焦躁緊張繃緊時 I just find lists a really good way of decluttering your mind. 我會聽半個小時 So, if it's been a stressful week, 我每隻字都記得 granted there will be multiple lists around my house. 根本可以背比你聽 This might be a really obvious one but 我不會咁做 不用擔心 reading is a really great way of switching off. 但我經常都聽這個apps You can get lost in books and stories and 好似個可以自我肯定 又可以紓壓激勵你的apps I have always been a massive bookworm 這是我推薦比大家的方法 I absolutely love it. 因為我發現真的可以令人平靜 I get so excited at the prospect of having a new book to read 列清單 or when I'm getting to a really good bit, but then I 我知道不是每個人都有規劃 think 'now I'm gonna save it for tomorrow' 我都唔會話自己是咁的人 I just feel as though I can really fully escape 不過 如果我身心疲勞 when I'm reading 或者有個緊張的星期 and I think that that's such a nice feeling 我發現 將心入面的說話寫下來 to have if you feel as though you're having a particulary stressful time. 令我感覺如釋重負 the last category is a good nights sleep. 所以我喜歡列清單 now this might seem fairly obvious 去感覺我有點規劃 but if you are stressed 即使我冇跟計劃走 或打破一齊 you're probably aren't getting the best sleep that you could 寫下所有野 經常都會更好 or alternatively 我喜歡在上床前做 if you're not getting a lot of sleep 我只是覺得清單真的是平復心情的好方法 it could make you feel stressed. 所以如果我這個星期很大壓力 the two of those things come hand in hand. 同你保證 我屋企一定會有好多清單 sleep is one of the biggest things 這個舒壓方法很常見 that you need in order to feel recharged. 但睇書真是個紓壓的好方法 and these are a couple of the things that I like to do 你可以從書和故事中得到很多 to make sure, I get the best night's sleep. 而我一直都好愛書 A bath. 我絕對很愛睇書 I mean, it's pretty obvious, but 看到新書我會很興奮 having a bath is so relaxing 或者我看到精彩的地方 I mean as long as you don't go overboeard on the hot tap 但我會諗 and you end up like sweating and wishing you'd get out 唔得 我要留在明天睇 a bath can be so relaxing 我覺得當我睇書時 我可以逃離現實 I have quite a few different products that I really like using 我覺得係好好的感覺 當我特別大壓力的時候 there are so many amazing products 但最後的是 好好瞓一覺 which help you to get the best night's sleep you can. 這個好像是最常見 And I feel like I tries quite a few. 但 如果你壓力大 I also like to light some candles 你可能睡眠質素會不太好 And actually more recently I've found spa music on my phone on youtube 或者 and some of these spa music videos are like 6 hours long 如果你睡眠不足 I'm not recommending you stay in the bath for 6 hours 也會是壓力來源 because you will look like a raisin, but 這兩件事是息息相關 they're really great to listen to 睡眠是身心充電其中一樣重要的事 whilst you are in the bath 以下我鍾意做的事 可確保我的睡眠質素 because then you actually feel like you're relaxing 浸浴 it's like you've managed to recreate your own little at home spa 我的意思是很常見 and it's really-really lovely. 但浸浴會好放鬆 Brands like Aromatherapy Associates also have some really lovely relaxing oils, too. 不是你走出浴缸就滿頭大汗的熱水涼 The next thing is te calming tea, now 浸浴可以是很輕鬆的 there are many different types of tea 我有幾個我很鍾意的產品 that you can have before bed, which 有很多產品可以幫你睡得好好 are supposed to help you 我已經試過好多 haveing a best nights sleep 而且我鍾意浸浴時點蠟燭 I've got camomile teas, peppermint teas, 實際上我在電話的youtube上發現spa的音樂 in fact, I think that peppermint tea is the one that I reach for the most, but 有些甚至有6小時長 camomile is obviously supposed to help you sleep 我不建議你浸浴6小時 and is very relaxing 因為你會變成提子乾 also I think it's just kind of like the regime 不過 它們很適合浸浴時聽 of making yourself a tea 因為實際上令你放鬆 and sitting down and like enjoying the tea 就好像在家自己做spa because then you are relaxed 感覺好好 because you're not rushing around Aromatherapy Associates 都有不錯的放鬆精油 so I think any sort of tea or 下一樣是一個令你冷靜的茶 night time drink 有很多不同的茶 你可以在睡前飲 in that sense is a really nice way to wind pressure points? 是好放鬆 I mean I love these, I don't know if they scientifically work, but 而且我覺得享受為自己泡茶的時間 mentally I feel as though 然很坐下好好享受這杯茶 when I put the sleep spray on my pillow 因為很放鬆 I do sleep better. 不疾不徐 so sleep sprays I feel like are worth giving a try, too. 所以我覺得 I've always been told that 20 minutes before wanting to go to sleep 任何種類的茶 you should have to technology, no TV 或是晚上飲的飲料 and nothing that is gonna stimulate your mind 很適合作為一日的結尾 you want to be winding down in those last 20 minutes before going to sleep 我有一些助眠噴霧 so having a little bit of a routine 我還有助眠滾珠 maybe laying our your clothes for the next day 可以擦在 putting on your pyjamas 這個叫咩 maybe drinking your tea 穴位? or reading a little bit of a book as longs as 我意思是我好鍾意 it's not like super stimulating for the mind 我唔知有冇科學根據 are all really great ways to wind down 但心理上 if you've had like the most hectic ever and 我覺得在枕頭上噴助眠噴霧後 you whip your clothes off, throughing your pyjamas, 我真的瞓得比較好 brush your teeth in three seconds and try and jump into bed with your phone in your hand 所以助眠噴霧都值得大家試一試 going through Twitter, going on Instagram 我都聽講過瞓前20分鐘 you're never gonna have a good night's sleep 你不應該碰科技產品 having that kind of 20 mins to half an hour when you completely 唔睇電視 wind down, no technology, turn your phone off, or 或任何可以影響你心情既野 I mean no one really turns their phone off anymore 咁先可以醞釀瞓覺的心情 put your phone on silent, move it away from you 在睡前20分鐘 put it I don't know across the other side of the room on charge 做一些睡前可以做的事 you don't need it past a certain point. 搭配明天要穿既衫 I feel like sometimes if I'm having a really bad night's sleep 換上睡衣 and my phome is next to me 或者飲自己泡的茶 I do roll over, pick up my phone, 或者睇書 and think 'oh I'll just check the time' 只要不是影響自己的心情 'now I'll just check my Twitter' 這都是很好的選擇 'now I just see who's updated Instagram' 如果你有好忙的一日 and before I know it, 2 hours have gone past 你換上睡衣 and now I'm really awake. 用3秒刷牙然後跳上床 you need to give yourself the best sleep you possibly can 隻手仲玩電話 and you've gotta be strict with yourself and move your phone away. 睇一睇twitter I honestly feel like 再睇一睇Instagram it's one of the best things you could do 你永遠都唔會瞓得好 even though it feels hard 利用20至30分鐘 完全靜下來 it also makes getting up in the morning and checking your phone a little bit more exciting 沒有科技產品干擾 because it's not like you're just constantly scrolling through it in bed 將電話關機 so try it, let me know how you get on 不過現在已經沒有人會關機 out your phone away from you at night 用靜音 離佢遠啲 I can assure you, you'll probably sleep better. 放在房間既另一邊充電 I really hope that you guys have enjoyed this
