What you should be worried about are urinary tract infections. 你們要擔心的其實就是尿道管的感染 See, instead of thinking of your bladder like a five star hotel swimming lounge, 想想看。不要認為你們的膀胱是五顆星的休閒游泳池旅館 it’s kind of more like a dirty pond. 你們的膀胱反而像是一種骯髒的池塘 The longer you let the pond stagnate, the more likely it is to build up bacteria, 你們讓這樣的池塘堵塞越久,這樣的池塘可能就會累積著細菌 which can result in a urinary tract infection. 因而會導致尿道管的細菌感染 That's almost certainly E. coli. 這種絕對是大腸桿菌 And besides being an infection down there, which is already unpleasant, 除了尿道會病菌感染外,這已經是很惹人不舒服的 it can also cause you to feel like you have to pee when your bladder is empty! 這樣的病菌還會造成你們一直想小便,就算你們膀胱是空的! So, in a way, if you keep holding your pee, you'll end up feeling like you have to pee 所以,這樣下來,如果你們習慣性憋著小便,你們最後一直都會想要小便 FOREVER!!! 永遠都會這樣!!!
