Hey, if you are like me, you have a hard time finding time to exercise everyday. Well right
now, I'm doing my homework. So while I'm doing my homework, I can certainly stop and take
notes if he says something important. But, I'm jumping on my mini tramp. It gives me
a chance to exercise while I'm doing my homework or while I'm watching TV. Killing two birds
with one stone. Now the rebounding is super powerful for the sense that it realigns my
spine when I jump. It also increases my core muscles while it improves my lymphatic system,
circulates the blood through my body. I'm burning calories and releasing endorphins,
all at the same time. So, if you have a hard time finding time to
exercise, grab a little mini tramp and put it in front of the TV, so that when you sit
down to actually watch TV, you're not just sitting there like a couch potato, you're
actually burning a few calories. Now it doesn't have to be a mini tramp, you can actually
do Yoga on the floor, you can do curls, you can do crunches (ab crunches), you can do
push ups, whatever it is. But utilize the time in front of the TV for a little bit of
exercise. Give it a try, you'll kill two birds with one stone, and it's a good idea.
