Then what nutrition do I need? 那我需要的營養是什麼呢? Let's talk about the nutrition our family needs. 我們來談談家人各自需要的營養吧! Yes, I want to know more about it 好啊,我想瞭解更多。 Your baby sister's stage is called "Infancy". 你妹妹所在的階段被稱作「嬰兒期」。 In this stage, babies grow the fastest. 這個階段的小嬰兒,成長速度是最快的。 In order to support this rapid growth, babies are fed foods high in protein and calcium. 為了因應如此快速的成長,小嬰兒必須攝取高蛋白質跟高鈣的食品。 What do these foods do for our body? 這些食物對我們的身體有什麼作用呢? Protein builds muscles and organs, 蛋白質建構我們的肌肉跟器官, calcium helps bones grow stronger. 鈣則使我們的骨頭長得更強壯。 So, what nutrition do I need the most? 那......我最需要的營養是什麼呢? The stage of life you are in is called "Teenagers". 你現在的階段被稱作「青少年期」。 Teenagers begin a growth spurt that lasts five to seven years. 青少年開始成長的速度爆發,而且會持續五到七年。 That means I can still get taller, right? 這表示......我還可以再長高,對嗎? Right, but you don't have to worry about it. 對,但是你不用擔心這個。 Extra calories are needed to make the body start this growth fast. 身體要開始快速成長時,需要更多卡路里。 It is important to naturally switch to a diet particularly high in carbohydrates in this stage. 所以,在這個時期,自然地將飲食調整成攝取高碳水化合物就很重要。 Then what about mom and dad? 那媽媽跟爸爸呢?
