We are going to try a couple of bubble teas, lets take a look inside.

This is the traditional version of bubble tea also called Hong Kong Milk Tea

Originated in Taiwai around 1980s, you can order it cold or hot. And easy to take with you.

Today we are going to try few different flavours , lets start.

Here we got 4 bubble teas, we got here the Lychee Rose. Made from Rose tea with lychee jelly as you see.

Here we got my favourite strawberry mint

The Green Tea Mango we got here with mango popping boba.

And the classic Hong Kong Milk Tea

We are going to try the Lychee Rose first and pick one of the four straws we've gotten.

Because of the lychee jelly on the bottom, it taste really good. Its like jelly bit crunchy and sweet

The rose tea balance with the jelly its very refreshing, really suitable for the summer.

From 1 to 10 I am giving this bubble tea a 7.5, because I would drink it another time.

The sweet lychee jelly balance well with the tea and suitable for the summer and refreshing.

I would suggest just to try it out!

We are going to ask a few customers what they think of the bubble tea and we got here Naomi.

And which bubble tea have you got? Strawberry mint.

And what do you think of the bubble tea? Its delicious and refreshing especially on a hot day.

Do you like the mint that is in it? Yes, I really like it, it give it a refreshing kick

We have 3 bubble tea left, this time I choose the strawberry mint.

Also my favourite, for that I am using a peach coloured straw.

We have here the strawberry mint tea, I see mint leaves and a lemon slice in it. Lets taste it!

Its very refreshing the tea. Can taste the strawberry working well with the mint and can still taste the mint.

And I give this an 8 and its delicious for the summer weather and I love strawberries.

Coconut milk with tapioca

The Tapioca pearls with Coconut milk and what's your name? Kai.

What do you think of the Coconut milk?

Its nice and sweet, if you want something sweet for a sugar rush is this the best.

So do you like sweet bubble teas?

Yeah, I didn't sleep that much so a sugar rush with allot of sugar is pretty great.

Yeah delicious, but besides the coconut milk do you like other bubble teas?

It depends, I just try something different every time. One time strawberry, other earl grey , less tea or no milk

Depends what I am in the mood for.

Do you have any recommendation for the viewers to try?

Recommendations, I think everybody have their favourites of something.

I would say look at the ingredients what you like and try them. If you dont like it remove and try something else.

We have 2 bubble teas left and this time I take something different the classic Hong Kong MilkTea.

This is earl grey tea with milk and tapioca pearls, lets try it, am going to use a white straw for this.

The tapioca pearls are great to chew on. They are really chewy.

The tea is not too strong, its lightly sweeted with milk in it. Will give this tea a 7.5.

Because it is not to strong, it just sweet to drink and delicious to enjoy.

Today we are at YoYo! Fresh Tea bar and we want introduce you to the owner of YoYo! Tea.

Could you introduce yourself? Hi my name is Wing am from Rotterdam.

And am owner of YoYo! Fresh Tea Bar with 5 shops in The Netherlands.

Can you tell us what you do?

We started 3 years ago, we had a small shop in Rotterdam, a small pilot store.

Where we tried out different things, it caught on in the market.

And it achieved it well, with a cause that we grown further and next to Rotterdam also in The Hague,

and in Amsterdam. And since last month also opened two stores in South Korea.

Wow that's allot of stores, but don't you have to travel allot?

The stores in South Korea are franchise there are partners who does it for us.

We do regularly go there, but don't need to weekly to there, but that wont be such a disaster.

But we are regularly in South Korea to follow the business.

But next to your business, would go enjoy South Korea and go sight seeing?

Ofcourse we do that, but don't have that much time for. But when you are in South Korea you will eat allot.

So we often eat with our partners Korean BBQ, which there famous food in South Koerea.

But its ok, I like beef its good and of course you can do allot of shopping in South Korea.

And for the ladies its shopping heaven number 1

But next to shopping, excepting Korea, are you going to also open more stores in Asia?

That depends on the developements, but the coming months will keep an eye on the situations.

But from South Korea we could try spreading to other countries.

Can you tell us more about how YoYo! Tea was started?

As I already said we started with a small store in 2012.

We started with a few classics for example, milk teas and bubble teas.

But we called ourself YoYo! Fresh Tea Bar as we wanted to do more with the tea experience

So next to bubble tea we would like to develope other beverages on bases of other kinds of teas.

Thats why we got fresh teas to choose from and premium summer drinks.

They are more beverages that are less sweet and more based on fruit juice

So for example our watermelon perfection, which is green tea with fresh watermelon juice.

But we also have for example a Lychee Rose, which is a rose tea in combination with lychees.

And that way we always try develope the beverages to have a nice selection

And with this achieve a bigger target market.

Wow, so what is your main target market?

Maybe you have already filmed it but our target market is pretty big.

Of course are leading group are the youngsters, people from 10 to 30 years old.

But we see allot of diversity in our customers, allot of different backgrounds that comes to our stores.

But also parents with their children so the target is quite big

You would think its an Asian concept and would attract more Asians.

But in our stores we see there is a bigger audience of different people which we are happy with.

What are your plans for the future?

We would like to grow more in other countries, after South Korea also try at two other countries.

This year and next year and of course also grow here in the Netherlands.

The current stores are all own stores, but we would like to franchise in the Netherlands.

So for sure wil grow in the coming years and we still want to expand our portfolio.

So next to our current selection of teas, we would like to develop other kinds of beverages.

Last but not least the green tea mongo made from green tea base and mango syrup

On the bottom we see the popping boba, also mango flavoured. Lets try it!

The green tea mango is more sweeter kind compared to the other bubble teas we tasted.

Its because of the popping boba, which are jelly with fruit syrup in it.

But you still taste the green tea, which nutralizes the bubble tea. I am giving this a 7

because it is sweeter and don't like it, but if you like sweets more than I would suggest this bubble tea.
