We've been doing some pranks.

Like the first week you were here,

we were hiding in the women's bathroom

and scared women when they went into the stall.

Last week, you decided to prank call a fan of yours.

- Yeah. - Jacqueline.

She was in Boston.

And she doesn't know it.

She thinks she's here for a taping that's later.

She doesn't even know this is a show right now.

She's in the dressing room.

We're keeping her hidden back there.

And this is Jacqueline, just-- and her mom, I think.

And so they're just waiting.

[laughter]

And they have no idea that Justin is here.

Oh, they're practicing their moves.

That's great.

They have no idea. [chuckles]

All right, so anyway,

they don't know that Justin's here

or that we're doing a show,

and in a few minutes, we're gonna surprise her

and call her out here.

I'm gonna surprise her right now.

Jacqueline? - Yes?

- What are you doing? - In my dressing room.

- You're just hanging out in your dressing room?

- Yes.

- Isn't it weird that I'm talking to you

from a television right now?

- Yeah.

Hi. - Hi.

Do you want to come out here right now?

'Cause I want you to meet this guy right here.

Do you want to meet that guy? [women screaming]

All right. Now you're excited.

Robbie's outside the door.

He's gonna bring you to the stage.

Come on. - Oh, my God!

[cheers and applause]

[squealing]

- How you doing? - Good. How are you?

All right. [laughter]

Hi, Jacqueline. - Hi.

- You didn't think it was weird that all of a sudden

I was, like, talking to you on the TV?

You were just like, "Yeah, that's a normal thing."

- I couldn't believe it. I was like, "Oh, my God.

I'm in the dressing room." - Yeah.

Yeah, we were watching you practice your dance moves

for later on and everything.

- Yeah. - Yeah.

- Hi. - Hi.

[laughter and applause]

- Oh, my God. - Here, you hold this mic.

All right. Why do you love Justin so much?

- He honestly has the biggest heart.

He cares so much of his fans.

He is always doing things for his fans,

loves his family.

His music is so inspirational.

I just love him so much.

- Yeah. All good answers. - And, like, he has--

[laughter]

Oh. - That's your room?

- Yeah. [laughs]

- So you do like him. That's your bedroom.

- Yeah. [laughter]

- Wow, that's really--

those are as many pictures of Justin

as ever been taken in his entire life.

That's amazing.

- Okay. - So stand up.

[laughter]
