swim around in. 讓你的義大利麵可以在裡面自在游泳 That's actually going to prevent it from sticking. 這樣其實可以防止麵條沾黏在鍋壁上 What we're gonna do is add just a handful 接下來我們要做的就是 of salt to the water, 加一小搓鹽到水里 and then in really is up to you. 你想怎麼樣都可以 Next, what we're gonna do is add our crushed tomatoes. 接下來我們要做的就是加入番茄泥 You can buy these in a jar, 你可以買瓶番茄醬 or buy them in a can, or better yet, 或買番茄罐頭,更講究一點的話 do your own at the end of the season. 在季末時自製一些 To that I'm gonna add a little bit of Italian seasoning 接下來我要加入一些義式香料 and some salt and pepper 還有一些鹽和胡椒 and some red chili flakes for just a touch of heat.
