字幕列表 影片播放 列印英文字幕 Hi everyone! This video is going to be about ASMR, including a brief demonstration. ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response and is essentially the tingly sensations felt usually on the neck or scalp, or other areas of the body, often induced by a whisper or other soft sounds. Often times people use it as a relaxation technique. I'm sure we've all experienced this tingly feeling before, and we may not have even known what caused it. But for most, and especially most of the recordings you can find online, it is often induced by a whisper or other gentle sounds. So, it could be this whisper, or perhaps the sound of me touching glass. Now, many people have said I have a very relaxing voice and that I should do ASMR audio recordings. I never knew what it was prior to people mentioning it, and in all honestly, is not something I have ever really been interested in doing. If my voice were to indirectly be ASMR content for someone, then that is fine, but it's not something I really plan on doing at this point in time. Furthermore, I've never even really listened to many recordings of it. However, the first real time I experienced it was when someone whispered in my ear and I was just like... However, I've never really experienced that feeling again with just audio recordings online that I have listened to. Anyway, as I mentioned, it can often be used as a form of meditation where you can relax your mind and focus on one particular thing to lessen anxiety, stress, or anything else, as well as assisting in sleep. I think, like any relaxation technique, it won't work for everyone since you have to know that it will. If it helps you to relax, then it will benefit you and be an acceptable coping mechanism. Otherwise, you may have to turn elsewhere. Let me know your experiences, like if you enjoy listening to ASMR content, or produce it yourself. Thank you so much for watching! But wait, is that it?! Gosh, that was a bit too short. I guess there isn't much to say about the topic. So, I will actually be doing a demonstration of ASMR. Yeah, I know I said I wasn't interested, but I lied. So, here goes. (snaps fingers) So, this is going to be a quick demonstration of my voice. Let me know what you think and if you like it. This is brand new to me so I really don't know what I'm doing. But, your feedback is always welcome. So essentially, many people use this to relax. I may not even have to say for you to relax, but I'm sure you are already starting to relax. And as you relax, my voice becomes all that you hear. All you hear is my voice. And, you relax more and more. Now, let me know what you think of my voice. Did this work for you? Did you enjoy this? Feel free to share how this brief demonstration worked for you. I know it was short, but if you liked it, please let me know and I will continue at a later point with longer, better quality content. Thank you for watching and listening! I hope it was relaxing for you!
