A white pizza 比薩!你可以叫他白比薩。白比薩加上 parmesanny, garlicky. Little slices of 帕瑪森乳酪、蒜香味。小片 cooked potato. Really good. So pizza. 煮過的馬鈴薯。真的超好吃。所以今天要來做比薩 Everyone likes pizza. Good fun to make. Great with the kids. 大家都喜歡比薩。而且做起來很有趣,和小孩們一起製作也很好玩。 So I'm going to whack in there one kilo of strong flour. 我現在要倒入一公斤的高筋麵粉 a good couple of pinches of salt, and then I want seven grams 幾小搓鹽巴,在來我要放入七克的 of active dried yeast. You can get it in all the supermarkets. That goes into about 620 活性乾酵母。你可以在所有的超市買到。大概放620 millilitres 毫升 of water. Just over a pint of tepid water. When it's lovely and shiny 只要它變得更有彈性。它會變得可愛、閃亮 and smooth after about three or four minutes of working it. 又光滑,在你不斷搓揉三到四分鐘以後 Can you see it moving? I'm gonna show you a basic flavour 又是最傳統的方法。我要教大家基本調味 which is different, and you might not see before. This is like a cream cheese, yeah. 這個方法你可能之前從來沒看過。這是奶油乳酪 We'll put a little lemon zest.
