We've got a thermometer, take it to the thickest part 的熱度。我們將溫度計插入雞身最厚的部位來確認溫度 of the chicken push it through if you wanna get the outside crust 記得把溫度計完全推進去。如果你想要外焦內軟 of the chicken incredible just angle your tray 的烤雞口感,把你烤盤的一邊抬高 right so all the juices come down to the bottom and then we got this baster here 所有的精華湯汁都會流到這個角落,然後我們要來使用滴管 put the juice back on it, this is gonna make it moist 把這些精華吸起來,塗抹在上面增添口感風味並潤色外皮 it's going to give you the most outrageous, tasty skin 這會使你的烤雞變得更美味,還有外皮會是 ever, ever, ever, ever right we're gonna pop that back in the oven, just for two minutes 超級超級超級可口。接著,我們再把烤雞放回烤箱保溫約兩分鐘 okay I'm gonna pull 放進去囉 all the little tomatoes off the stalk, the nice thing about roasting the tomatoes and 我們現在來把所有番茄從柄上拿下來,把番茄和雞放在一起烤 the chicken together 最棒的是 is the tomatoes get so juicy and that on your pasta 可以讓番茄變得多汁,並讓麵條吸收到美味的精華 is a good thing. Chop all of these tomatoes up like that put this back 接著把番茄像這樣用夾子捏碎剁一剁,然後把它放回 onto the hob. And you can see that sauce coming together 好,重點來了,看到這令你垂涎三尺的醬汁沒? to be really rich and dark, you can sort of 所有的精華都在這醬汁裡,顏色既深且充滿美味。 run this around the bottom so all the sticky bits of chicken juices 將整盤的醬汁均勻混合,讓剛剛烤雞的湯汁可以 kind of gets picked up, there we go. 一起做完美的融合。恩差不多囉 Let's get this pasta in here ASAP now I wanna feed it with some of that water 趕快把剛煮好的義大利麵放進去,然後我要倒一些煮麵水進來 see how starchy it looks 看看這濕潤的麵條 Move it around, I love that sound 把它攪拌均勻,喔我真愛這美味融合的聲音 that's the sound of a good pasta 這就是完美意大利麵的聲音 just a little bit of Parmesan, little bit of basil, that is beautiful 加入一些帕馬森乾酪絲,還有一些羅勒,這料理美得像一幅畫 that really is 這真是 A mighty winter pasta sauce, I always put a few extra leaves 超棒的冬季義大利麵醬,我會再多放些羅勒葉 of basil just on top, just to tell the story, and one last stroke 在上頭,點綴一下,最後再削一些帕馬森乾酪絲 of parmesan, gorgeous and then the chicken.
