You know you can never attain that ideal.

As I've gotten older, you see different changes.

外貌會隨著年紀改變

I feel like I have some wrinkles around my eyes.

我覺得我眼睛旁邊多了些皺紋

I'm never going to be skinny. I'm not a skinny girl.

我不可能變那麼瘦，我一直都不是紙片人

It can be hard when you see models and celebrities, and you just don't look the same.

看著模特兒和名人，知道自己跟她們差很多，這感覺很糟

天呀

I'm not expected to look like that at all.

我沒想過會變成這樣

I feel it doesn't even look like me.

看起來簡直不是我

I think cause I know myself.

我覺得，因為我認識自己

This looks really different.

這真的完全不一樣

Why would you want to make someone look so different?

為什麼你們想讓人變的這麼不一樣?

I like my freckles I think they add character.

我很喜歡我的雀斑，覺得那很有特色

And that fact they're gone.

現在它們都被修掉了

I don't even know who that is.

我認不出來這人是誰

Just as a normal person, seeing yourself change and your identity change

身為凡人，看著自己改變、特色改變

It's pretty shocking.

真的很嚇人

Once someone else's done your makeup and someone else's done your hair.

有人幫你化妝、弄頭髮

And someone's directed the way your body looks

有人教你怎麼擺姿勢

And been taking away your imperfections, then…

再修掉不完美的地方，然後…

there's not much left of who you really are.

真實的自己就沒剩下多少了

This is how I always wanted to see myself.

我一直想看到這樣的自己

But now that I see it,

但現在我看到了

I'm questioning why I ever wanted to look like that.

反而懷疑，為什麼我會想變成這樣

You look at these ads in magazines.

看看那些雜誌廣告

The city's women who look absolutely flawless.

這些女人看起來完美無瑕

I wish I could look like that.

我曾希望變成那樣

But…who really looks like this?

但…有誰真的那麼完美?

I think that we live in a really interesting time.

我覺得，我們這年代很有趣

Where we feel like we have to make people look to the standard that's not attainable for anybody.

喜歡把人修成這麼完美，現實沒人能長這樣

Instead of looking at other things and trying to inspire to be something else.

不要一直看著別人，試著變成她們

We should just be comfortable in who we are, and just try to be our best selves.

我們應該接納自己，努力做最好的自己

I think something that everybody should keep in mind is that.

我覺得每個人都該記住：

It's natural to be critical yourself.

外表不完美是很正常的

It's natural to be uncomfortable and awkward.

覺得不舒服和怪異也很正常

But you just have to know that the ideal

你只需要知道，完美的外表

just doesn't exist

根本就不存在
