Is everyone ready? Let's begin. Hello everyone! Today's idiom is: think outside the box. Think outside the box. Okay? This idiom sounds a little strange, but actually, it's very easy to imagine. So, let's imagine your mind is inside a small box, okay? Your mind is inside the small box and it's very small and you can't have many good ideas. It's a very small area. Not easy to think creative or unusual ideas, okay? If you think outside the box, then you have lots of free space to be very creative and think very freely, have many ideas, okay? So, think outside the box. Let's imagine thinking outside the box. Alright, let's listen to a couple of examples to help you understand. Where would be a good place to find people that think outside the box? You should go to Harajuku or Akihabara. You will find some interesting people there! Alright, so they want to find people who think outside the box and he suggested Harajuku or Akihabara. Yeah, many people there are thinking very creatively, different ideas. Alright, let's listen to the second example. How about going to the movies this weekend? Can you think of something outside the box? We go to the movies every weekend! Alright, so the first person wanted to see a movie. Maybe they're thinking inside the box, yeah? Movies, dinner, not many ideas for a date. And the other person said, 'Can you think of something outside the box?' Something interesting, yeah, maybe skydiving or something really unusual. Okay, so to think outside the box means to be creative and think in a non-traditional way, okay? To think of many different ideas that are maybe new and a little bit crazy. Alright, so sometimes it's a little hard to think outside the box or to think out of the box, but it's good to practice and try to get your juices flowing and try to really think of new and interesting ideas, alright?
