Nothing else. 而這以90度刷板的步驟就是讓你的板身升起、騰空的原因 It is that slide that brings your tail up off the ground 這動作也是為什你在豚跳時讓板尾離開地面的原因 Because the front of your board is already off the ground 因為你的前腳藉由刷板已經離開地面並帶起板身 So you just have to level your board out in the air bringing the tail up 所以接下來你要做的是將板尾隨著整個板身往上帶起、騰空 And it's that slide of the front foot which does that 板尾的提升與否和你的前腳刷板有很大的關係 So that's the basic ollie 以上就是基本的豚跳技巧 I'm sure many of you guys have already gotten the ollie down 相信你們早已經對豚跳駕輕就熟了 But if you haven't, you can just practice those steps 但如果你還沒,儘管依以上的步驟加緊練習 And you'll get it down 相信你最終會學會的 So the difference between a regular ollie 一般豚跳和較高的豚跳 And when I'm trying to ollie higher or ollie over something 或是以豚跳跳過障礙物,這其中的不同點在於 Is that I put my front foot further back 若我要增高豚跳之高度,我會將我的後腳移至更後面一些 Notice how much further back my front foot was on that one? 看到我將我的後腳放到比一般豚跳更後面一些了嗎? Instead of being up near the truck, it was down towards the middle of the board 相對於將前腳放至前輪架的正上方,我將我的前腳往後移到了板身的中間 And what that does, is it gives me more room on the board to slide my foot up 藉由將前腳位置往後移,在刷板時我會有更多的空間刷板以至於將板身往上帶 So instead of having it right there up near the front truck 所以,我不將前腳放在前面一些 I'm going to slide that front foot back about half-way 我將我的前腳位置放在板身的一半 Right in the middle as you can see there 就如同我所示範的給你看的 And then I can have a little more room to slide 因此我有更多空間刷板以帶起板身 And power the ollie a little bit higher into the air 增高你在豚跳時所施的彈跳力 So yeah it's just that motion right there 如畫面所示 You can even hear my shoes sliding on the grip tape 你可以聽到我在刷板時鞋與砂紙摩擦的聲音 You also need to be able to jump high 此外你也必須跳得更高 And you actually have to be able to jump 在豚跳時你必須跳 And bend your higher on a brand new fresh board 當你使用的板是新的,你會發現新板有較佳的彈力讓你可以做出較高的豚跳 The other thing that helps on a brand new fresh board 而能讓你新的板身發揮到極致的 Is fresh grip tape 將會是一張全新的砂紙 You want really sticky grip tape 一張全新的砂紙將會對你的豚跳有幫助 So when you do that motion of your foot is actually slides really well 因為新的砂紙會在你做豚跳的刷板動作時 And your feet catch on the grip tape 讓你的腳能夠貼緊板身 And it just pulls your board right up into the air 藉由新砂紙和鞋的摩擦讓你能夠把板帶起的高度提升 So let's take a look at the difference in height between 接下來讓我們來看看當我把前腳放到前板身所做出的豚跳 The regular ollie with my foot up towards the truck 以及我將我的前腳放到板身一半位置時的豚跳 And the ollie with my foot back towards the middle of the board a little further 這兩種豚跳之間的高度差距的比較 So you can see I get a little more height on it 你可以看到我跳得比一般的豚跳還高一些 There is the height of the regular ollie from my foot forward 這是一般腳步位置所做出的正常豚跳高度 And there's the height with the ollie with my foot back in the middle of the board 而這是當我將腳位置往後移而形成的豚跳的高度 You can also see that on the second one with my foot a little bit back more 你可以看到我第二個豚跳,我的腳位置後移一些 I also like was able to tweak it out a little bit more 我對我來說,我的前腳位置也能在更往後一些讓豚跳更高 That's another thing like when you ollie you have to lift your back foot up totter motion thing 這就是蹺蹺板原理 And that's what I mean when I say it's a little bit awkward 這也是我說其中動作會讓你不習慣的地方 Because it's not like just running and jumping 這不像邊跑邊跳 Where you just jump both legs in the Now in terms of getting your ollie higher 為了增高你的豚跳 It does help a lot to set some things on the ground 若在地面上放置些障礙會會很有幫助 And start ollieing over it 是著以豚跳躍過它們 Usually you can start with like a board
