字幕列表 影片播放 列印英文字幕 You'll find macaroni salad at many American cookouts, especially in the south. Veganizing this salad is super easy thanks to Vegenaise. This is another one of those "they won't even know it's vegan" dishes. Start by boiling 2 cups of macaroni. While it's boiling, finely dice 1 cup of celery and 1 yellow, red or orange bell pepper. Drain and rinse the macaroni so it will stop cooking. Add it to the vegetables. Then, make your dressing. We're using 1 cup of Vegenaise, 2 tablespoons of sweet pickle relish, 1 ½ tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard, ½ teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of black pepper. Mix it all together. And then add it to the macaroni and the vegetables. Mix it well. You're gonna want to sit this in the refrigerator overnight so the flavors can really come together.
