(triumphant music) It's a chicken school, you see? - Wow. Well Elmo's never heard of a chicken school before. - That's because this is the first of its kind. Now chickens can learn their One, Two, Threes and ABCs, just like everyone else. - Yeah. - Yes, but chickens don't go to school. - Not yet they don't. But I'm a man with a dream (inspirational music) to open a free range chicken school right here on Sesame Street. So there will be no chicken left behind. - Wow. Well that sounds great., doesn't it, Chris? - Uh. (school bell rings) - Oh, that's the school bell. That means my chicken school's about to begin. - Yeah, but I don't think you're gonna find chickens who are actually gonna go to school. (chickens clucking) (energetic music) Uh, I guess I was wrong. - Welcome everyone to Professor Buck's School for Clucks. - Wow. The chickens seem really excited to be here. - They as well, Elmo. You would be too if you were cooped up all day inside of a, um, whatever it is chickens live in. - A...chicken coop? - Exactly. Yes, of course. Of course. All right class. Class, choose a desk and pull up a nest. (energetic music) - Elmo wishes he could go to chicken school too. - Uh, Elmo, you already go to preschool. - Uh, well, Elmo, maybe you could be in my class for one day just so that you see what it's like to learn like a chicken. - Oh really? - Yeah. Do you have a chicken costume by chance? - Who doesn't? (Elmo laughs) - I don't. - Ta-da! Chicken Elmo is ready for school. (Elmo imitating chicken clucks) - Hey, excellent, Elmo. Come join the class, we're about to begin. - Okay. - Okay. Have fun chicken Elmo. I'll be over here in Hooper's, okay? I'm still not sure how this chicken school thing is gonna work, but whatever? - Good morning class. - [Elmo} Good Morning. (chickens clucking) - My name is Professor Buck Awe. - [Chickens Together] Buck-awe! - That's right. Buck Awe, yes. Very good. So I wanted to start - (chickens continue clucking) Uh huh, that's my name! Correct. Very good. [Student Chicken] Buck awe! - Okay. Yes. Class, we've established who I am. All right, so let's move on and, and if you'd please just take your- [Chickens Together] Buck awe! - Why won't they stop? - Um, actually, I don't think they're saying your name. I think they're just clucking. - Oh. - Yeah. That's kind of what chickens do. - Yes, of course. Cluck. I knew that. Um, I am- (chickens clucking) the professor- (chickens clucking) chicken- (chickens clucking) teacher. (chickens clucking) Uh, class. Class, it is time to begin school. So please listen- (chickens clucking) to me. Listen to me, class. - At Elmo's preschool, we learned a good way to get everybody to listen. - You did. - Uh huh, yeah. By listening with your whole body. - I think you mean listening with your ear? - Well, yes, it's true we hear with our ears, but like listening, like really paying attention to someone. Well, it involves a lot more than that. - Yeah, that's right. We even sang a song about it in preschool. - Do you think you could sing that for us? I-I-I-It might help. - Okay. - Oh, come to the front of the class. Come on up, Elmo. - Okay. (Bus honks) (tires screech) - This stop is Elmo's World, watch your step. Oh, hi there, Elmo. - Hi Smartie. Wow, is Smartie a bus driver? - That's right. We phones are pretty mobile. (Elmo laughs) - Elmo, Elmo wants to learn more about bus drivers. - Well what do we do to learn something new? - We look it up. - Let's take a turn and learn about bus drivers. Here we go. [Child Narrator] A bus driver drives the bus along a bus route. They stop at the bus stop to pickup passengers. The passengers pay for their ride when they get on. And then you're off around town. Don't miss your stop. A bus driver can even take you to stops that are far away. A school bus driver brings you to school. And when the day is done, the school bus driver is there to bring you home. See you tomorrow. - Wow! Bus drivers are so helpful. - They sure are. (gasp) Looks like it's time to shift gears. This bus has a schedule to keep. See you later, Elmo. (bus horn honks) - Happy driving, Smartie. Boy, Elmo wishes he could be a bus driver. Hey, that gives Elmo an idea. Let's play pretend together. Come on, come on.
