BBC 學英文的《該怎麼說》說節目。教你日常使用的日常英文。 Hello, welcome to How To... with bbclearningenglish.com. I'm Jackie Dalton. 你好!歡迎來到 BBC 學英文的《該怎麼說》。節目。我是 Jackie Dalton。 In this program, we'll look at how to express anger and annoyance about something. 在這個節目中,我們要來看看如何表達對某事的憤怒和煩惱。 Of course there are all sorts of very strong words in English used to show annoyance (some of which you probably already know), 當然,英語中有各種非常強烈的用詞用來表示煩惱(其中一些你可能已經知道), but we'll be focusing on those expressions which aren't quite so offensive, so you don't find yourself upsetting people. 但我們今天會著重在那些不太令人反感的表達方式,這樣才不會惹怒別人。 Let's hear our first one. 讓我們來聽聽看吧。 I'm at a party drinking a glass of wine. 假設我正在聚會上喝一杯酒。 But then, oh no! I dropped my glass. 但是,哦不!我的杯子掉了。 Oh no! 「Oh no!」 A simple reaction you can use in all kinds of situations when something bad has happened. 當發生不好的事情時,你可以在各種情況下使用一個簡單的表達方式。 Oh no! 「Oh no!」 Oh no! 「Oh no!」 You could also say 'Oh dear!'. This means the same thing. 你也可以說「Oh dear!」,意思是一樣的。 Oh dear! 「Oh dear!」 Let's hear those words in sentences with other expressions. 讓我們聽聽這些詞在句子中的其他表達方式。 Oh dear! He missed his plane. 喔糟了!他錯過了他的飛機。 Oh no! I can't believe I've just done that. 喔不!我不敢相信我剛剛做了那件事。 Oh dear! I don't believe he's forgotten again. 喔天啊!我不敢相信他又忘記了。 In those last sentences, we heard another expression worth knowing: 'I can't believe' or 'I don't believe'. 在最後一個句子中,我們聽到了另一個值得學習的表達方式:「I can't believe」或是 「I don't believe」。 Again, a popular phrase when something bad has just happened. 一樣,這些是當壞事發生時,很常使用的用法。 Oh no! I can't believe I've just done that. 哦不!我不敢相信我剛剛做了那件事。 Oh dear! I don't believe he's forgotten again. 喔天啊!我不敢相信他又忘記了。 Oh, I can't believe it! 哦,我不敢相信! I can't. I can't believe that this is happening again. 我不敢相信這種情況又發生了。 Oh, I can't believe I've just done that. 我不敢相信我剛剛做了那件事。 So those were our first three expressions: 'Oh no!' 'Oh dear!' and 'I can't believe it!' 以上是我們前三個表達方式:「Oh no!」 「Oh dear!」還有 「I can't believe it!」 Here's one you might use if something's gone wrong and it's happened to you before. 如果之前發生過的問題又發生了,可以使用這個用法: Why does this always happen to me? 「Why does this always happen to me?」 'Why does this always happen?' Here are some more examples. 「為什麼總是發生在我身上?」以下是更多例句。 I've lost my keys. Why does this always happen to me? 我的鑰匙弄丟了。為什麼這種事總是發生在我身上? They missed the train. Why does that always happen? 他們錯過了火車。為什麼總是會發生這種情況? You're listening to How To... with bbclearningenglish.com. 你正在收聽 BBC 學英文的《該怎麼說》節目。 Listen to this clip of an angry boss. What expression does he start with to show he's annoyed? 聽聽這段憤怒的老闆說的話。 他用什麼表達方式來表示他很生氣呢? I mean for goodness sake, he said he'd do it and now he hasn't done it, so... that's just typical. 天啊,他說他會做,但現在發現他沒有做,所以……這很他的作風。 'For goodness sake!' Something to say when you're annoyed. 「For goodness sake!(天殺的)」這是惱怒時可以說的話。 He said he can't help us! - Oh for goodness sake! 他說他不能幫忙我們!哦,天殺的! A variation on this is 'for heaven's sake!' 另外一種講法是「for heaven's sake!」 Oh, for heaven's sake! Why is she so unreliable? 哦,老天啊!她為什麼這麼不可靠? One more handy and not too offensive expression is 'bother!' 另一種很方便且不太會冒犯人的表達方式是「bother!」。 Isn't he coming to the party? 他不去參加派對嗎? Oh, bother. I forgot to invite him. 哦討厭。我忘記邀請他了。 A word you might hear in similar context, but which some people might find a bit offensive is 'damn!' 你可能會在類似的上下文中聽到一個詞,但有些人可能會覺得有點被冒犯,那就是「damn!」。 Oh damn, they've canceled the flight. 該死的,他們把班機取消了。 Damn! I've forgotten my car keys. 該死的!我忘了我的車鑰匙。 Again, this is only for informal situations and some people might be a bit offended by the word, so do be careful how you use it. 再聲明一次,這僅適用於非正式場合,有些人可能會覺得這個詞很冒犯人,所以請小心使用。 Now. Let's do a summary of the expressions we've looked at. Listen closely and try to remember as many as you can. 現在讓我們總結一下我們學習的用法。仔細聽,盡可能記住多一點。 Oh dear! 喔糟了! Oh no! 喔不! I can't believe it! 我不敢置信! Why does this always happen? 為什麼這總是發生? For goodness sake! 天啊! For heaven's sake. 天殺的! Bother! 討厭! (and with caution) Damn! (要小心使用的)該死的! Now go on to practice the phrases we've looked at with the exercise on the website. 現在到我們的網站繼續練習剛剛學習的用法吧。
