I have organic old fashioned grilled oats, their whole grain, This is kind of like my go to breakfast anyway, like I'll make some oatmeal with cinnamon and some organic vanilla extract, a little bit of salt and I use this almond milk, it's low sugar and yeah, I'm just cooking this up and I'm gonna top it off with some yogurt and berries and um bananas and all that good stuff.
