A ton of unnecessary pressure and a fight to be perfect.

If you mess up then your whole year is ruined.

That's not how I want my story to go.

The idea of New Year New Me manifests the constant fear of us not being enough.

We need to be better, set an unrealistic amount of goals and beat ourselves up If we revert back to being an actual human being and effing up once in a while.

Unfortunately, we use other people's instagram feeds as a measure for how well we're doing a measure for our self worth.

And instead of enjoying our last bit of christmas cake, we feel guilty before it enters into our stomach.

Oh, the constant pressure and fear that surround the new year.

I don't know if anybody needs to hear this, but you don't need a New year to improve shift your lifestyle.

Go after your dreams.

I've never I mean maybe some people do if you want to bring it just in case just never when I just, I guess I had a very different childhood.

My husband has never done a snow angel before.

You don't have to dive in, you can lay down, ready go.

I know it's packing snow, keep going, keep going.

I want you to try this this year instead of focusing on being a whole new, you focus on being more of who you truly are.

That is your purpose be devoted to what matters to you instead of what matters to everyone else.

Focus on the here and now and what small steps you can take in this moment.

It's about the in betweens, the moments you create for yourself, the present.

That leaves room for more fulfillment and abundance to float into your life.

I'm giving you absolute permission to unfollowed, remove mute those you might be subconsciously comparing yourself to continue writing your story with excited and curious energy and most of all let go of all outcomes.

That's how you manifest incredible things into your life.

We just built a snowman and now we're going for a little walk.

We're right by the mountains and beautiful toy Rama Japan and it's so hard to see the mountains behind me.

You can kind of see it.

The clouds are kind of covering it, but the sky look at the sky.

It's like so gorgeous.

It's like an orangey blew.

I love it.

And I miss snow.

This is the first time I've seen snow in a long time actually.

Yeah, there wasn't so much last time.

It was, it was just kind of like rainy cloudy.

So right behind me, right here.

So if we jumped in it we would go really, really deep into water.
