With a hundred and four days of summer vacation, just for school to come along and end it,
you'd think the annual problem for this generation is finding a good way to spend
it.
Well we know what we're going to do today.
We're spending it figuring out just who in the Tri-State Area is the most good, and
who is the most evil.
Grab your blueprints, grab your tools, and let's get to work.
Hello, I'm Kyle from WickedBinge and this is Phineas and Ferb: Good to Evil.
As usual, we'll begin with the most pure characters and work our way down...
So let's start with The Good.
The gold medal for good must go to Perry the Platypus.
Perry is the loyal pet of the Flynn-Fletcher family, and while around the family acts like
a normal platypus, where he doesn't do much.
When not seen though, Perry becomes Agent P, a secret agent who works on defeating evil,
specifically Heinz Doofenshmirtz, his evil nemesis.
Perry takes first place due to him seemingly having no bad traits whatsoever.
He seems to be entirely selfless, such as reversing the effects of the Ugly-inator,
which turned everyone it shot ugly, on everyone before himself.
He's been shown to be understanding, willingly working with Dr. Doofenshmirtz in the spin-off's
pilot episode when he joined the Agency, while being known to take his nemesis's feelings
into consideration, such as helping him set up his daughter's birthday party and using
a key to the door instead of just bursting through the wall.
Look, when even your nemesis sees you as a good friend, it shines a great light on you.
Meap is taking home the silver today.
Meap is an Intergalactic Security Agent, who's job is to stop intergalactic criminals.
While small in size and entirely cute, Meap has shown to be more than capable of taking
on his rival, Mitch.
Meap's known to also love his job, taking pride in what he does, even if his limited
speech can get in the way.
With his species only able to say Meap, he needs a Universal Mustache to translate him.
We're giving Carl Karl the bronze medal.
Working as an unpaid intern for the Agency.
Apparently five years ago, prior to the series' pilot, he started working for the Agency,
and was promoted to unpaid intern.
In the show, Carl rarely talks with anyone outside of Perry and his boss, Major Monogram,
but we do see that he's a kindhearted and well caring guy.
He treats Major Monogram like a father, even going to his home to take care of him when
he was sick, and on more than one occasion having taken his place in informing Agent
P about his mission.
Sadly though, he has shown at times that he can be careless, such as when he forgot to
zoom in the camera and ended up showing Major Monogram not wearing pants, and while there
was an episode where he was evil, it was entirely due to Dr. Doofenshmirtz's Ultimate Evil-Inator
turning him that way.
Let's be honest though, he probably has the perfect backstory ready for it.
He was even given the title Paid Intern, even though the Agency made it clear he wouldn't
be getting paid.
What's he doing this for again?
College Credit?
Are we sure the Agency's the good guys?
Next, we have Phineas Flynn.
One of the show's titular characters, he's an optimistic kid with a knack for engineering
any kind of device he can imagine, starting each project with, “I know what we're
gonna do today!”.
Phineas seems to be a Jack of All Trades, being able to not only build amazing creations,
but program super computers, repair someone else's inventions, and even manage the kids
who help him build, all while having it done before dinner.
While his inventions tend to be for the wellbeing of others, Phineas has been shown that he
needs to build, otherwise he becomes stressed enough to enter a state of hysteria where
he begins suggesting inventions for literally any situation, hoping to release his creativity
and energy.
Makes you wonder how he acts having to sit at school all day.
On top of this, Phineas has lost his temper at times, though usually for a good reason.
He was understandably upset when he found out Perry was a secret agent and has lashed
out at Candace more than once due to her pride.
His worst characteristic however must be his lack of emotional awareness, here he seems
to struggle feeling the room at times.
He doesn't seem to understand that Candace dislikes them working on projects and doesn't
understand that Isabella has feels for him, it taking the other boys in High School for
him to figure it out While yes, understanding that someone 'likes' you can be tough
to see, Isabella has made it pretty clear in numerous episodes.
At fifth we have Isabella Garcia-Shapiro.
Troop Leader of Fireside Girls 46231, Isabell has earned her spot due to her natural desire
to help people.
Using Phineas and Ferb's plans as a way to help her troop gain their patches, she's
been shown to also help just out of the kindness of her heart, such as in the Christmas special
when she helped everyone save Christmas even though she doesn't celebrate the holiday,
thus getting nothing in return.
She's shown to be quite the mechanic as well, helping the boys work on multiple vehicles.
Above all though, it's her leadership skills that shine the most, seeing as how she's
been able to lead her troop along the boys' multiple big ideas, seemingly acting on their
own while Phineas manages the rest of the kids.
This could also be to help fuel her desire for attention however.
Isabella's been shown to be annoyed when not being given the attention she feels she
deserves, such as when a Lil Sparks troop member, Melissa, was shadowing her, only for
Candace to accidentally take the spotlight from her.
She's also not fond of others using her catchphrase, “Whatcha doin?” as seen when
she's physically confronted Buford when he used it.
Moving onto Ferb Fletcher, the second of the show's titular characters and the stepbrother
of Phineas Flynn and Candace Flynn.
While sharing the same skills as Phineas, there are some key differences between the
two.
To start with, Ferb is the silent type, usually letting his brother explain what's going
on to the other children, though has shown that he is fluent in many languages, including
English, French, Japanese, Martian, and yes, even Dolphin.
Maybe he was the one who translated that great Hitchhiker's Guide song.
On top of this, Ferb has also shown to have great control over his singing, being able
to change the pitch of his voice however he wants, no matter how high or low the part
is.
He's even a lady's man, getting Vanessa, Dr. Doofenshmirtz's daughter, to develop
feelings for him.
While he's usually a great kid, he has had moments where his morality has dropped.
In the episode 'Nerdy Dancin'' Ferb helped Jeremy cheat in a dance competition
as to impress Candace.
While it was for his sister's crush, Ferb did assist in the charade, which meant that
when the pair won that they cheated out other participants from winning a spot on the show
as permanent dancers.
So, while Phineas did help build the suit that led to the cheating, we have to dock
a few more points from Ferb, since he helped build the suit and was the one to use it.
We're going to count almost this entire group together; The Fireside Girls, specifically
Fireside Troop 46231.
We say almost because there are two members who won't be counted with the rest of the
girls grouped together due to them very rarely being seen on their own.
Isabella and Candace.
The Troop is usually at a location for them to earn one of their patches, and mostly just
serves as a tool for explaining why some of the larger inventions are built so quickly.
While not much is known about the girls individually, as a group they show that they have dedication
and faith in whoever manages them, usually Isabella.
While they may not have the same knowledge on certain topics as Phineas and Ferb, their
handbooks help clear up any questions they may have.
In the end though, we had to place them up here due to their hard work ethic and desire
to help their community, similarly to real life scout troops.
Just like before, we'll do another group, due to the characters almost always being
together.
Daniel, Sherman, and Bobbi, also known as the band Love Handel.
While not much is known about the band, we do know that they were a 1980s rock band,
only breaking up due to fighting among the band members when their fan base was dwindling.
Beside this though, the group doesn't seem to hold any hate between each other, other
than the teasing between Sherman and Bobbi.
Before regrouping, the three members were able to get their own jobs, from running a
music store, a hair salon, and being a librarian, showing that even without the band, they have
the drive to be normal citizens, which can be hard for celebrities to do after fame.
They are well hearted people as well, as they quickly get the band back together for Lawrence
and Linda's anniversary, followed by them making multiple public appearances to continue
making music.
While some do find their antics annoying, such as when they joined Paul the Delivery
Man after he won a contest, them singing about his different actions, they didn't mean
for it to be that way.
We're now at Charlene Doofenshmirtz, Dr. Doofenshmirtz's ex-wife.
To start with, Charlene is on what seems to be good terms with her ex-husband.
While she does tease him at times, she's known for being civil with him, and explaining
that the only reason they divorced was due to them wanting different things in life.
She says that she believes nobody can be evil, and that Heinz isn't a bad person.
She's not even unaware of his -inators, seeing the one he made to win a family kickball
game, complimenting his use of bee pheromones to make himself attractive, and knows of Norm,
complimenting his tuxedo.
She regularly donates to charity as well, showing that she herself is of kind nature.
Next we have Lawrence Fletcher, Ferb's biological dad and stepfather to Phineas and Candace.
Working as an Archeologist, before falling in love with his future wife Linda at a Love
Handel concert, he's now the co-owner of Flynn-Fletcher Antiques.
While being a calm and well-mannered man, Lawrence has had quite a few adventures in
the past, such as capturing the infamous Big Mouth Ramon, a fish feared by fisherman across
the world.
His story of this capture takes quite some time for him to tell, so we only catch glimpses
of the story, such as the part where he helped John Lennon write the song 'All You Need
Is Love'.
When it comes to the present though, Lawrence has taken on an easy going lifestyle, as seen
with how he knows about his sons' inventions and even participates in them sometimes, such
as in 'It's a Mud, Mud, Mud, Mud World' when the boys built a monster truck stadium
to help their sister learn to parallel park.
Whether this means he sees no issue with his sons working on such projects or if he simply
doesn't see the dangers in these actions are unclear.
We do have to dock him some points though, since he doesn't even try to supervise these
projects, but he does get major points for stopping the Big Mouth Ramon.
We now come to Linda Flynn-Fletcher, biological mother to Phineas and Candace, and stepmother
to Ferb.
While now being the co-owner of Flynn-Fletcher Antiques with her husband, Linda's past
has quite a few interesting moments, such as when she dated Heinz Doofenshmirtz in the
80s, followed by her becoming a pop star named Lindana, though not for long, as she became
a one hit wonder with her song 'I'm Lindana and I Wanna Have Fun', her career ending
when she apparently through a diva tantrum against her record company, though she still
plays a reunion concert every now and then, her future self stating that she's preparing
for her seventh one, and that in two more she gets a free pie.
In present day however, she's left that life behind her, now focusing on her family
business.
When it comes to her children however, it can be questionable at times.
She doesn't believe Candace when told about her sons' inventions, and has been known
to get sidetracked, such as when both present and future Candace take her to see Phineas
and Ferb working on the time machine in the museum, only for her to be distracted by a
dinosaur bone.
She also believes that her sons are simply using their imaginations when they talk about
their day, never questioning it, especially after Candace talks about it in such a horrible
way.
To put it bluntly, it's pretty obvious where Phineas got his lack of awareness to others
from.
It seems that Linda struggles to understand the severity of a situation at times.
It seems that almost everyone loves the guy, so why is he this low?
We're talking about Roger Doofenshmirtz.
First off, we won't be blaming him for anything that happened in his early years, as from
what we know, those incidents were caused because of his parents.
But we'll give you the dirt.
While he's mayor of Danville, he's actually a bit crooked when it comes down to it.
This is seen in the episode 'The Beak' when a giant robot began to terrorize the
town, only for Roger to be more worried about the blame being put on him than the safety
of the citizens.
As for his relationship with his brother, it seems that while Heinz hates him, Roger
sees Heinz more as a scapegoat of his.
This is especially seen again in 'The Beak' as to face his public image, he chose to let
Heinz take over for the time being.
He's not all bad though.
20 years ago he accidentally ruined his brother's masterpiece, an art project he stayed up for
3 days doing.
Feeling so awful about it, he spent the entire time recreating the painting, though it was
sadly ruined by his brother on accident.
It's honestly a bit hard to rank Roger, since most of the times we see him he's
in front of an audience, possibly putting on an act, though we have plenty of scenes
where a selfish side shines through.
It should also be noted that in the sequel series, Milo Murphy's Law, Roger is no longer
the mayor of Danville, which may mean he wasn't well liked for the position.
Baljeet Tjinder is up next.
A lover of good grades and all kinds of learning, his first role is in the episode 'Raging
Bully' where he's attending Summer School.
His love of learning is shown constantly throughout the series, his desire for an A driving him
to perfect multiple areas of his life.
This is especially shown in the episode 'The Baljeatles' where Baljeet finds out his
rock and roll class doesn't give out grades, which upon finding out he's shown to snap.
This is followed by the song 'Gimme a Grade' where we learn that Baljeet prefers strict
rules and planning, working under 'the man', and wants to be a productive member of society.
Sadly though, we can't put Baljeet any higher on this list, simply due to how much better
the other characters are.
Don't worry Baljeet, you get an A in our book.
We're coming to Candace's best friend, Stacy Hirano.
She's a supportive best friend, and acts as a foil to Candace's stress-fueled nature.
While she helps Candace try to bust her brothers, she's made it clear that she wishes Candace
would stop with her obsession, due to it getting in the way of their friendship and because
she actually enjoys the things the boys make.
She's also one of the few characters on the show who knows of Perry's job as a secret
agent, in which she keeps the information to herself, knowing that if the information
got out, that Perry would have to be relocated.
Now we have the one, the only, Jeremy Johnson, Candace's love interest.
He seems to be the stereotypical TV teenager, working part time at a restaurant and being
in a band as the lead singer and guitarist.
He's also been known to appear on some commercials, specifically one for flip-flops.
He's a laid back guy, and seems to like everyone.
He especially likes Phineas and Ferb, enjoying their inventions and coming over to support
them whenever he can, such as when he came to their car wash.
He's also asked for their help, such as in the episode 'Nerdy Dancin''.
Just like Phineas and Ferb, this is Jeremy's bad moment, since he willingly cheated at
a dancing tournament.
Other than this though, Jeremy is just a normal guy.
We've now wrapped up our Good Characters, now it's time to head into the Grey Area.
Vanessa Doofenshmirtz is next.
Over all, she seems to be more or less just a normal teenager, especially compared to
the rest of the cast.
She's not building giant rollercoasters or always trying to bust someone, though she
has tried a few times to prove to her mother that her dad, Dr. Doofenshmirtz, is evil.
It actually makes her a great foil for the rest of the cast, who tend to go to the extreme
with every action.
Overall though, she has shown to have her bad side, such as when she took a doll from
a little girl which her father had given to her earlier in the day, or when she pretended
a hair dryer was a gun so she could save her father from being arrested.
She's also been known to help her father with some of his -inators, though all of these
could just be her wanting to help her dad.
Her desire to be good however does shine through, as in the episode 'Last Day of Summer'
the series finale, she tells her dad that she was accepted for a position at the Agency.
In the middle, we have perhaps the most neutral character in the entire show, Balloony.
Made by Heinz Doofenshmirtz when he was a kid working at a carnival, he's just a balloon.
During one of the nights when Heinz had to stand outside as a garden gnome, Balloony
started to fly away, with his creator being unable to catch him due to being forced to
stand still.
While floating in space, the poacher Mitch captured him, naming him Collin and calling
him his best friend.
With Heinz onboard the ship, he told Balloony to come with him, only for him to stand still.
You know, since he's a balloon.
It's in the sequel episode though that Balloony controls a set of power armor, commanding
a group of Mitch's robots.
While first attempting to defeat him, he has a change of heart and ends up dying, or popping,
due to one of the robots.
Later on he's repaired by Perry, using a band-aid before inflating him again…
Only for Norm in 'This Is Your Backstory' to have a fake Balloony popped, only to tell
Heinz that the real one popped 3 weeks ago.
Sorry everyone, but the real biggest fan of Phineas and Ferb goes right here.
Irving Du Bois is one of the kids of the group, though not because of being invited.
Irving gets this spot due to forcing himself into situations with the other kids, mostly
whenever Phineas and Ferb are working on a project.
The boys don't seem to see him as a friend, as in the episode 'What Do I Do?'
Phineas addresses everyone who's there, saying, “Friends, bullies, Irving.”
He's even hopped into Linda's car when the friends were on a trip, basically inviting
himself.
This obsession with the brothers has taken over his life and is the reason he is this
low.
While nobody seems to really enjoy his company, he keeps forcing himself into the group, and
when not with them, is known to stalk Phineas and Ferb, even having a sample of Ferb's
hair in his scrapbook.
We guess “Du Bois” just wants to be one of “Da Bois!”
Ha-ha.
We're sorry for the bad joke.
We now come down to Major Francis Monogram, commanding officer to Agent P. While he usually
is just shown giving Perry his next assignment, Major Monogram possibly dislikes his job.
In the past he wanted to be an acrobat, though he was forced to follow in his father's
footsteps.
This may help explain his reliance on his assistant Carl, with how he's shown to be
incompetent with the Agency's new technology and not listening to others' recommendations.
He constantly belittles Carl, either insulting him or seeming to not care about what he has
to say, even giving him a Christmas present that was just a signed picture of himself.
Even though the two seem to have a strange father son relationship in some episodes,
Major Monogram makes it clear that he does not see Carl as his son, telling him this
personally.
Seeing as how Major Monogram rarely deals with characters outside of Carl and Perry,
it's hard to see much glamour in the character.
And now, we finally head into the Bad and the Evil.
We'll be starting off with the local bully, Buford Van Stomm.
Phineas suspects his bullying is due to boredom.
This is denied however in the episode 'Voyage to the Bottom of Buford' where we find out
that he actually only started bullying when another bully was about to eat his goldfish.
This may mean that his bullying is just a defensive measurement of his so that he can't
be bullied himself.
It may also be that he just doesn't know how to interact with the other kids, so he
may just use bullying as his way to show his emotions.
This is mostly shown through his love-hate relationship with Baljeet.
While Buford bullies him still, the two are shown to hang out and act like friends, helping
each other out.
Buford is willing to tell him some of his secrets, and even helps him out in some situations,
such as being in his band for his rock and roll class, and helping him get out of a tree
by showing off Baljeet's calculator and favorite math problems.
All in all, Buford may be a bad guy, but he may want to be better, landing him as the
lowest on the bad list.
There's being upfront about being a bully, then there's manipulation to bully people.
That form is mastered by Suzy Johnson.
She's Jeremy's little sister and sees herself as Jeremy's favorite girl.
She's a manipulative little girl who uses her cuteness to manipulate people, and when
that doesn't work, she goes for her scare tactics.
This is best shown with her time tormenting Candace, who she sees as a rival for Jeremy's
affection.
When Candace came to Jeremy's house, she used a toy truck to send Candace into mud
and sent her dog to attack her.
She's been nice to Candace also though, specifically when Jeremy isn't around, saying
she's off the clock.
Of course, when Jeremy came back, she immediately went back to tormenting Candace.
We can't consider her for any spot higher though.
She uses her age and appearance as a mask for her awful nature, purposefully trying
to scare off anyone who may get in the way of her brother's affection for her.
There's loving someone, then there's Suzy.
Candace Flynn, older sister to Phineas and Ferb, is next on our list.
If we had to describe Candace with one word, it would have to be obsessed.
If we had to describe her with many words, it would have to be the following: Candace's
life seems to be fueled by two things; Busting her brothers and love for her crush, Jeremy
Johnson.
When it comes to her brothers, she is seen more times than not trying to 'bust' them,
which seems to simply mean showing off what they have built or done to their mother, which
never actually happens, if we don't count Candace changing the timeline.
Now, you may be asking, what is her end goal for this?
We don't know.
We're not even sure if she knows.
Counting timeline shenanigans though, she has busted them before.
Well, future Candace anyways.
In the episode 'Phineas and Ferb's Quantum Boogaloo', great name by the way, future
Candace uses a time machine to go back and bust her brothers.
What ends up happening is that the boys end up getting in trouble for their reckless behavior,
followed by parents becoming furious and banning creativity, which led to them child-proofing
children.
This childproofing involves each child being placed into a metal prison where they are
not allowed to move whatsoever, only to be released when they are adults.
To make matters worse, Dr. Doofenshmirtz is the one who leads this society, and we've
seen plenty of hat his rule leads to.
While future Candace did eventually fix the timeline, she's the one who broke it to
begin with.
If that doesn't convince you about why she's so low, then how about almost destroying reality?
In the series finale, Candace ends up causing the last day of summer to be on repeat, and
each time it resets, a bit of the beginning and end are cut off, meaning that with enough
time, the day would become nothing.
Her brothers are left with fixing this, meaning Candace doesn't even get points for fixing
her own problem.
Ouch.
So yeah, Candace scores this low due to her timeline shenanigans ruining one timeline
and dooming another.
We now come to Dr. Doofenshmirtz's assistant, Norm.
Once built in the image of the ideal man, meant to destroy Agent P, Norm, he grew across
the show's episodes, becoming an assistant to Doofenshmirtz.
While laying out his early actions is hard, due to his limited self-awareness, Norm grows
as an AI and begins to have his own thoughts and feelings.
These can be seen in episodes such as 'Nerdy Dancin'' where he insults Dr. Doofenshmirtz,
due to his plans always failing, or the multiple times he's been shown to desire a wife,
whether it be another robot or made out of blue raspberry popsicle sticks.
He's also been shown to be able to do good, such as when Dr. Doofenshmirtz orders him
to help Agent P get a disc back.
This may mean that he's not inherently evil, just programmed to follow his creator's
orders, which helps back up that he's not really the one to blame for his actions.
In the end though, while he does help out with the doctor's evil schemes, he's essentially
Dr. Doofenshmirtz's Carl, a loyal assistant who looks up to his boss as a father figure,
so his loyalty is nice to see, even if he openly dislikes the plans.
Using his brand-new Bronze-inator, we're placing Heinz Doofenshmirtz in third place.
To start with, we can understand why Heinz isn't happy with life, as his -inators tend
to have a sad backstory over how he was mistreated as a child and wishes to get revenge due to
such.
Before becoming an evil scientist, the Doctor dipped into multiple different fields of study,
such as painting, food, standard fields of science, and even poetry, though the last
two he constantly lost to a baking soda volcano.
He later went off to evil school, which I assume is just school but even more evil.
While he flunked out, we see that he must have picked up enough knowledge on the subject
in order for him to have a rival, in the form of Perry the Platypus.
Heinz though has shown to be quite brilliant, his ability to plan and create inventions
seemingly matching that of Phineas and Ferb, though while their days are meant for having
fun, his is meant for revenge.
His goal tends to always be to rule the Tri-State Area, with some questionable methods, building
the Key-Find-inator so he can get the Key of the City.
While Perry usually does stop these plans, the Doctor has taken over twice in the series.
The first time was when he changed the weather from summer to autumn, making the citizens
of Danville freak out.
Roger, the mayor and Heinz's brother, left the city, allowing Heinz to take over.
This was reversed however, when Heinz stopped a rival evil scientist from using his blueprints
to make another Ice Age.
The second time is in the series finale, where he realizes there is no position that controls
the Tri-State Area.
He ends up creating a new role, the Tri-Governor, and uses this as his way to control.
It's at this point though that he realized that control wasn't what he wanted, and
when Vanessa called him out on his evil schemes, the two come to terms that Heinz wasn't
ever evil, he was just a nice guy pretending to be evil.
This is shown more in the spin off's pilot, where he becomes a partner to Agent P, and
in Milo Murphy's Law, when he joins Milo Murphy's family and lives with them when
his building is destroyed.
Dr. Doofenshmirtz isn't always bad though.
His good side can be shown when it comes to his daughter, Vanessa.
This is best shown when he finds a doll she asked for when she was seven, being told that
if he got it for her that he'd be the best dad ever.
After what seems to be a decade, he finally finds the doll and gives it to her.
It's obvious that he wants her to have a better childhood than his own, and while Vanessa
seems annoyed by most of his antics that involve her, he does care and tries to make sure she's
happy.
He even tries to reconcile with his parents, attempting to win his mother's affection
by winning a kickball game and his father's by finding the family's old garden gnome.
When we compare it all however, he deserves this spot, due to just how often he tries
to ruin the lives of others.
It seems that even when it comes to evil, they must push their son down.
We're placing Mr. & Mrs. Doofenshmirtz here with the silver medal for most evil.
To start with, neither parent bothered to show up when Heinz was born, followed by them
disowning Heinz, leaving him to be raised by ocelots.
Pretty sure they already earned their spot, but we have more.
At some point they took him back in, but didn't seem to enjoy the idea that much, as when
the family's garden gnome was taken, they forced their son to stand outside all day
and night being the new gnome, not even allowing him to eat or sleep.
When the family got a puppy, Heinz's father stated that it was like the son he never had,
even naming it Only Son.
Even after the dog won numerous dog shows and made the family a fortune, Heinz still
had to be the garden gnome.
His father also bought him a toy train set, only for it to turn out that he bought it
for himself, not letting Heinz touch it at all.
After Heinz finally no longer had to be the gnome, he was forced to wear dresses everywhere,
due to his family believing their newborn was going to be a girl.
Why this baby couldn't have worn the clothes, we're not sure.
To make all of this even worse, they treated their younger son, Roger, with love and attention
equal to the hatred given to Heinz.
They had the ability to treat Heinz with love, but actively chose not to, from the moment
he was born to adulthood.
Heck, the only reason Heinz is even in America is due to them lying to him, with them cheering
as the boat holding their son sailed off.
Mitch, or Big Mitch to his friends, is an intergalactic criminal and the rival to Meap,
and taker of gold for the most evil.
Using a robotic suit of armor, Mitch lives as a poacher, travelling across the galaxy
to kidnap different rare creatures to place on his ship within different habitats, though
if he has any plans for the animals, we don't know.
We do know however that he knows what he does it wrong, as when he's called a zookeeper,
he shoots it down, as “that sort of legitimizes” his actions.
He doesn't even try to give a reason for why he does this, just saying it's his job.
Later on he heads off to find the rare element Cutonium, which when drank, turns the person
into the cutest thing in the universe.
Mitch finally does get this however, after removing it from Heinz Doofenshmirtz who drank
it previously, which first off, gross.
Secondly, while he does become so cute that the entire Meap army and Phineas are mesmerized
by his cuteness, Isabella ends up being able to combat, and overpower, the element, defeating
Mitch and removing the Cutonium from his body.
Whether this means that the effects were weakened due to Mr. Doofenshmirtz drinking it first
or if Mitch was simply not cute enough to begin with isn't explained however.
Mitch though does seem to at least have a likable side, as he talks about how his friends
call him Big Mitch.

Oh, did we not say that part?
Yeah, Mitch has an evil theme song.
If that doesn't tell you how evil he is, then we don't know what will.
