It's sea kale with melted butter sauce. 這是道經典的英國菜。海芥藍佐融化奶油醬汁。 For this recipe, you will need: 要做這道菜,你需要準備: Water, sea kale, vinegar, butter, flour, salt and pepper, and nutmeg. 水、海芥藍菜、醋、奶油、麵粉、胡椒鹽和肉豆蔻。 First, I'm going to prepare my sea kale. 首先我要先處理海芥藍菜。 Sea kale is very popular with the wealthy. 海芥藍菜是很受富有家庭喜愛的蔬菜。 It's because it's grown like rhubarb.
