Not much at first. 一開始沒什麼變化。 After just 24 hours, you'd feel completely fine. 剛過 24 小時的時候,你會感覺很好。 In fact, you'd feel better than "fine." 事實上,會比「很好」還要更好。 That's because sleeplessness stimulates the mesolimbic pathway in your brain. 那是因為失眠會刺激大腦中的中腦邊緣通路。 This pathway would release dopamine, and you'd feel happy and full of energy. 這個通路會釋放多巴胺,讓人感到快樂和充滿活力。 But don't be fooled by all that happiness.
