  • [CHEERING AND APPLAUSE]

  • Hello, everyone.

  • Hello.

  • Thank you very, very much.

  • Peace and love to all of you.

  • Today, I want to talk about relaxation, OK?

  • It's very important, because you have to relax,

  • because people now are on the go.

  • They're go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go.

  • That's how people are.

  • It's going, going, going.

  • And so, I want to give you some quick tip--

  • I know, I'm hurrying, Mary.

  • I want to give you some quick tips.

  • I'm trying to explain the--

  • OK.

  • The first one to relax is yoga, OK?

  • So I'm going to--

  • no, I don't want a yoga mat, I'm just going to talk about it.

  • I'm not going to do it.

  • So, yoga.

  • So, namaste.

  • OK.

  • If that doesn't work or put you at ease, you could try meditation.

  • And we don't have time to meditate because we have to hurry.

  • Mary's like, go.

  • But anyway, my point is, you're saying go, go, go, and I'm trying to say how to relax.

  • But the way to relax is to take deep breaths.

  • You can close your eyes.

  • Everybody, close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

  • 10 deep breaths.

  • I'm speeding them up because I don't have time for that, but I think they'd be slow.

  • But slower than that.

  • You should feel at peace, not lightheaded and hopelessly anxious.

  • But slowly, 10 breaths.

  • OK, next.

  • Another tip for relaxation is to write in a journey.

  • Journey?

  • Journal.

  • I'm hurrying.

  • Mary, you've got me--

  • OK, so here's my journal.

  • And so, every morning, you get up and, you know, dear journal,

  • I feel grateful, I'm happy and relaxed, blah, blah, blah.

  • Enjoy, take time, blah, blah, blah.

  • [LAUGHTER]

  • OK.

  • So that's another way.

  • There you go.

  • I'm in a hurry.

  • And if none of these work, here is something you can do--

  • you could eat one of my neighbor's brownies.

  • [LAUGHTER]

  • They taste weird.

  • [LAUGHTER]

  • Not bad, just funny and strange.

  • But I'm so relaxed after I have a brownie.

  • I don't know why.

  • It's not the same with Oreos or anything else.

  • She says they're made with love and they just make me feel good.

  • Those are some-- I'm hurrying.

  • Those are some quick tips to relax.

  • So everyone, go crazy for tWitch now.
