Today Wellcasters we’re gonna give you some tips on capturing that all elusive Golden Snitch – closure. 卡司們,今天要告訴你們一些訣竅,讓你們奪下難以捉摸的金探子–結尾。 Tip 1: Acknowledge your feelings, and don’t run from them. 步驟一:承認自己的感覺,不要迴避它們。 Maybe you feel wronged or mislead by someone you trusted. 或許你被信任的人冤枉或誤導。 Or you suffered some injustice at the hands of a total stranger. 又或是因完全不認識的陌生人,遭受不公不義的對待。 Identify your feelings and give yourself permission to feel them. 認同自己的感受吧!允許自己去感受它們! Get mad if you’re mad. 盡情生氣吧! Allow yourself to be hurt if you’re feeling vulnerable. 允許自己感到受傷,包容自己的脆弱。 Embrace your suffering. 擁抱自己的痛苦。 And don’t try to reason your way through its causes or fixes. 不要合理化那些痛苦。 Tip 2: let it out! 步驟二:發洩出來吧! Bottled emotions are no good for anybody. 壓抑住情緒對誰都沒有好處。 And now that you’ve identified your anguish, release it. 現在你已經可以辨認你的痛苦,宣洩出來吧! Try venting to a close friend or scribble in your well-cast journal to flush yourself off negative energy. 試著和朋友訴苦或是在筆記本上亂畫,將不好的能量全都宣洩出來。 Express your positive emotion, too! 記得也要表達你的正面情緒喔! If your friends are moving away, take a moment to tell them how much you’ll miss them. 如果你的朋友要搬家了,花點時間告訴他你會多想念他。 We guarantee that this cathartic exercise will provide you with at least a little sense of relief, and it’ll help you get perspective. 我們保證這種情感宣洩能多少減輕痛苦,並讓你更加客觀地看待事情。 Tip 3: give yourself time and space. 步驟三:給自己一點時間和空間。 Be patient with yourself. 對自己要有耐心。 Recognize that just like with the physical wound, emotional healing is a gradual process. 明白就像是身上的傷口,情緒的療癒也是個循序漸進的過程。 Do other things you love rather than just focusing on what’s lost. 做些你喜歡的事情,不要集中在失去的事物上。 Spend time with other people in your life, positive influences. 花點時間與那些正面的人相處。 These people will help build you back up. 這些人會幫助你恢復健康。 Tip 4: Forgive. 步驟四:原諒 And we mean, actively! 我們是指主動原諒。 You might never receive that apology that you so-deserve. 你可能永遠不會得到那些你應得的道歉。 But, you gotta release that burden that’s weighing you down. 但你還是得放開這些拖垮你的負擔。 Start by envisioning your future where you’ve let go of the tension that this situation caused. 從想像沒有這些壓力的未來開始。 Then, tie an action to your forgiveness. 然後,為原諒付諸行動。 Whether it’s donating painful objects and pictures or writing a private blog post about what happened. 不論是捐出讓你痛苦的東西和照片,或是在網誌上發私人文章,寫下事情的經過。 Give the situation a formal resolution it never got. 為你的故事寫下它應得的解答。 So that’s it, Wellcasters. 卡司們,今天就到這!
