  • and today we're talking all about how to get rid of the double chin

  • so using facial exercises and facial yoga which is

  • so popular now to help to minimized that

  • sagging skin in this area

  • we all know as we age unfortunately that gravity is working against us

  • and of course are elastin and collagen levels

  • aren't at that level that we used to be able to produce them

  • at as were aging especially when women estrogen levels are declining

  • were not able to turn over that collagen elastin as well as what we did

  • in are youth so the great news is we can do this naturally with our facial

  • exercises there's also some great supplement that we should all been taking to

  • boost our collagen elastin

  • let's get started so first and foremost this is one of my favorite exercises for

  • toning this area

  • it to put your head up and chew

  • so you look up at the ceiling and basically you start chewing

  • using your lower jaw

  • the more you do this you can actually feel those muscles

  • really working so just look up and chew

  • flexing it and one that does it helps to flex those same muscles beneath the chin

  • if you look closely you can actually see

  • that muscle contracting

  • so what I like to do is actually say the alphabet

  • in my mind

  • as I'm contracting and just go through the alphabet one

  • the you have lots of time do it twice they're really you can start again to

  • feel that much for contracting

  • so dramatic results the next thing I like to talk about it is one Adam
