It's been a while since we've gone out in Tokyo and since lately I only really go out into the city at night.

In a Miyoko area for everything that it has toe, explore and discover, find and do actually started my night in this area up on a rooftop that has a beautiful view of the train tracks when one of my favorite photos I've ever taken was taken up there, you know, I'm actually, I'm wondering what the park looks like.

The other night I sat down by a river to shoot a video.

If I wanted to shoot a video this late at night, there is no way in the world it would have looked this good just wouldn't have been possible.

Even the video that I shot in a sucks a few weeks back where I just walked around with this camera just wouldn't have been possible.

I'm probably far too excited, but it opens up the ability to show you things in in a way that I've never like.

Like Okay, one of my favorite spots has always been this bench right here, simply because let me show you because of this right here, the way these buildings and their light reflects off of the water.

When you're sitting on this bench, this just makes it one of the most beautiful places to just sit and relax SP, especially on a spring or summer's night and then just walking through here.

Also come to think of it, Yes, it is quiet right now, but it's almost a little too quiet like where where is everybody?

I could understand if it was three or maybe four o'clock in the morning.

There was no people whatsoever.

But it's only like 1 30 in the morning at best right now, keeping in mind that we are in the middle of Tokyo right now.

So if it wasn't for the cars passing on this road right here, but almost be like I was the only one left like I remember when Pokemon go first came out, this entire area here was just flooded with people at two o'clock in the morning.

It's just so weird to think of it now.

So this absolutely no people around thing was kind of funny at first, but now it's actually starting to get a little bit creepy.

I'm usually I'm really happy to have no people around when I feel like we're taking it just a touch too far.

There's just something about the way the colors come together in this area and the mix of the city in the park and everything, I just I love it.

It is one of the many, many reasons why I've always said it becoming in Japan, especially Tokyo, that we know is a great place to stay because it opens up so much to see, do and explore a night, especially if you're jet lagged.

Like if you're jet lagged, this is the place to be at least the first couple nights in Tokyo.

Q and A's on the channel, one of the most common questions I get is, Is Tokyo safe to explore at night?

Especially, for example, if you are a solo traveler and I don't want to give a resounding yes, Tokyo's definitely safe, despite it always feeling safer for me because I've said it a billion times before.

It doesn't matter where you go.

But again, it's always felt fairly safe to me, and it is It is late right now, but again, a lot of places in Japan, like like this park here, tend to be fairly well lit also so kind of kind of adds to.

And now that we're getting back into the city, there's there's more construction workers and I see people off in the distance.
