What do you like to do in your free time?

Having different interests is important. Don't you think?

That's what our reading is about.

Being "active" usually refers to keeping our body in good condition.

Being "social" refers to being in the company of other people.

Listen for these two words.

You'll also hear the expression "take it easy,"

which means not to do too much, be relaxed.

So what interests do you have?

Do they keep you active?

Do they keep you social?

Hopefully, you have just enough activities to keep you happy,

but not stressed!
