Many types of pasta are made from grains, like wheat. First, farmers grow the wheat, and then they harvest it. Some of the wheat is ground into flour. A special machine cuts each piece of dough into very thin strips. - [Cookie Monster] Oh, okay. Me get why it's called angel hair pasta.
