So I mentioned that I was going to physiotherapy and then I never really talked about it again.

So I wanted to tell you guys a little bit about what I do in physiotherapy for EDS.

It was the same kind of story where people had heard of it.

They knew what EDS was, but they had never really encountered a patient with it before.

mention that I've been to just tons of physiotherapy places in my life all over Canada, Korea, and in Japan as well.

A couple places before I actually found this place.

They're much more focused on something like

I'd be walking and my leg and my knee would just give out and I just felt like well

What I've learned from going to physiotherapy, is that there are certain parts of my body that I can strengthen.

Your abs are really important for keeping like your core is

important for keeping everything in check.

It's gonna come out again, but I need to keep strengthening that muscle and it's not true things like lifting weights.

So I do a lot of training learning how to like flex these muscles and hold these muscles together.

Which helps keep my carriage up straight and which helps me have less injuries.

Don't feel discouraged.
