  • and so I just started to clean the house

  • in such a frantic manner,

  • and the office was the first place.

  • I just purged anything that did not bring me joy,

  • and that ended up being a lot of my clothes,

  • a lot of makeup, and it feels nice to have a fresh start.

  • I got back from Calistoga a couple days ago,

  • and I was unable to blog as much as I would've liked to.

  • It was raining, and when it's wet,

  • the last thing I'm thinking about is to bring out

  • a very delicate piece of equipment out.

  • But it was awesome, I'll leave a couple clips here.

  • Today, we are celebrating

  • my mom's birthday a little bit earlier.

  • I'm getting LASIK on the 21st,

  • so we're making sure that we do everything before that

  • because I just, I don't know.

  • I don't know what it's gonna be like.

  • I'm freakin' terrified.

  • I am taking her to the Korean spa today.

  • We're gonna get our bodies scrubbed down.

  • We're gonna go into all the different rooms.

  • And my dad and I think Ben and James

  • are going to cook dinner for us,

  • so hey, it's pretty cool.

  • So I just wanna make sure I get all my work done

  • before the festivities begin.

  • So this is the shirt that I am modeling for CVS.

  • It says, sans retouching, which means without retouching,

  • and no, the photo will not be retouched,

  • no Facetune, no Photoshop.

  • I decided to pair it with some white denim.

  • These are from GRLFRND, tucked it in,

  • kept it very simple and basic.

  • I also have a second outfit,

  • which is the complete opposite of this one.

  • It's an all-black number, and I'm just gonna

  • find somewhere in Los Angeles to take this.

  • It just looks like a freakin' blob.

  • The behind the scenes of every Instagram photo,

  • or at least the ones that are planned,

  • but we just finished the first CVS photo.

  • We decided on this gorgeous background.

  • This yellow tree really came through.

  • I really like the way it looked

  • with the granite on the background,

  • a little bit of nature, a little bit of city.

  • just kinda put him out in the universe.

  • But yes, he directed and produced

  • a film called Eighth Grade.

  • It's like a coming-of-age story, but in middle school.

  • It's about a girl named Kayla,

  • and it's like the last week of middle school,

  • and she is just trying to fit in

  • to this digital age of social media,

  • and on top of that, you've got puberty.

  • A lot of my most vivid embarrassing

  • moments are from middle school.

  • He did a really good job casting everybody in that film.

  • Oh my gosh, Gabe is like my favorite character.

  • I feel like he's me as well. (laughs)
