I want you to know that being beautiful doesn't necessarily means you always like what you see when you look in the mirror.

I've felt horrible about the way I've looked.

It's not about living up to society's ideals or looking like a supermodel.

美麗不是去符合社會大眾的理想標準，或像個超級名模。

People are telling you already that your body has to look a certain way and you're only six.

你才六歲而已，人們就在跟妳說妳的身形必須有一定的樣子。

That is not true at all.

這完全是錯的。

Your body is beautiful.

妳擁有美麗的身軀。

Love it and respect it no matter what shape or size it comes in.

不論高矮胖瘦，都要愛惜並尊重妳的身體。

When you are comfortable in your own skin, people feel that.
