we actually have three words today it's allowed to happen because basically

opening them up and make sure that your voice box in your throat is on and

moving but then move to the I sound and do this open your mouth wide and then

move to a smile this will allow your tongue to move from having it low in the

mouth with the back pulled up to high and flat in the mouth let's put it all
